Under the background of "One Belt And One Road",more and more countries h ave established good cooperative relations with China,and the exchanges between Ch ina and the world in economy,politics and culture are getting closer and closer.In this situation,language has become the medium and carrier of cooperation and communi cation among countries.With the improvement of China’s international status,t here has been a wave of "Chinese fever" in the world.As an important institution for t eaching Chinese and spreading Chinese culture,Confucius institutes serve as a bridge between China and the rest of the world.Due to the special geographical and ethnic c ultural relations,Mongolia has a close communication with China,and Chinese has b ecome the second foreign language of Mongolia.Since the establishment of Confuciu s institutes,experts and scholars at home and abroad have put forward many Suggesti ons on the construction of Confucius institutes.Confucius institutes are native Chines e learners,only fully understand the native Chinese learner’s cognition and eval uation of the Confucius institute,to in the construction aspect of the Confucius institu te more specific Suggestions,to make the Confucius institute show a more local adva ntages,attract more Chinese fans and lovers to learn Chinese culture communication.From this point of view,through questionnaires,interviews,field visits,literature stud ies and statistical analysis,this paper studies the cognition of Mongolian Chinese lear ners on Confucius institutes.Through analysis and research,it is known that Mongoli an Chinese learners have a high overall evaluation of local Confucius institutes,and h ave a relatively accurate understanding of the nature of Confucius institutes.However,there are still some problems in "three religions" and cultural activities in Confucius institutes in Mongolia,which leads to the low enthusiasm of respondents for teaching and activities in Confucius institutes.Therefore,on the basis of the specific opinions put forward by the respondents,combined with the opinions of hanban volunteers and government-sponsored teachers,based on the current situation of Chinese teaching in Mongolia,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for the construction of Confuciu s institutes,so as to enable Confucius institutes to give full play to their functions.Thi spaper consists of six parts.The introduction introduces the background,significance,research methods and research results at home and abroad.The first part mainly intr oduces the current situation of Chinese learning in Mongolia through the number of C hinese learners,Chinese schools,Chinese teachers and the construction of Confucius institutes.In the second chapter,the author makes a statistical analysis of the results o f the questionnaire and concludes that Mongolian Chinese learners have a positive per ception of Confucius institutes.Chapter three focuses on analyzing the existing probl ems of Confucius institutes in Mongolia through the specific data and results of the q uestionnaire.Chapter four puts forward specific Suggestions on the problems embodi ed in Confucius institutes in Mongolia.In the end,it is a conclusion,including the res earch conclusion of this paper and the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
