In recent years,China has issued various policies to vigorously support the development of health service and sports fitness industry.This promote the rapid expansion of the fitness industry.Traditional gymnasiums usually have the problems of large area,high rent,poor management and equipment loss.The emergence of fitness group of gymnastics has largely solved these problems.Group gymnastics coach,as a new career,has gradually entered the field of vision,This work takes the pandemic Covid-19 outbreak in 2020 as the setting.This documentary’s main characters are women gymnastics coaches of fitness group.Through the following shooting of the two coaches during their training,the interview with them,in the form of documentary.These methods are applied with the purpose to familiarize more people with this newly emerging occupation of gymnastics coach of fitness group,as well as to reveal women coaches’ advantages and their difficulties in this field.By comparing the changes of Shanghai before and after the outbreak,we can highlight the power which exercises bring us.Although we have to respond to the national call for isolation at home,and there is no way to go to the gym for exercise,these group gymnastics coaches still manage to bring us hope in adversity through their own strength,whatever live broadcast or other ways.We would never have such powerfulenergy if we were left on our own.Confronted with this sudden epidemic situation,what we can do is strengthen our physical fitness and immunity,thus avoid potential infection.We hope the epidemic will end in a near future.
