| Integrity is one of the traditional virtues that China has been advocating since ancient times.Especially in today’s modern society,the whole world falls into an invisible network of connections.Integrity is the knot that builds connections and maintains the normal development and operation of the society and even the country.Under the momentum of rapid economic development,Chinese society has brought about subversive changes in social structure and people’s lifestyle.However,individual moral psychology also produced tremendous wave motion and change subsequently,the psychological shake that this kind of freedom brings makes individual easily go astray,cause a variety of sincere letter to be out of order phenomenon.If there is no integrity,then all the moral will be put on a false prefix,hard to convince people.Social credit construction is imperative.Foster the subject of the good faith is the key to establish a team with good faith virtue moral personality,people in the real moral activities,not only will be affected by the influence of objective factors such as economy,politics,culture,also by the individual cognition,emotion,and other psychological activities.The establishment of the integrity virtue from enforcing compliance,subject identity,to consciously practice of cognition,emotion and behavior,combining the meaning of self-discipline is the foundation of moral cultivation and the key.The process of virtue gestation in real life is the construction process of changing subject’s inner psychology under the influence of external environment.Therefore,the cultivation of the subject of integrity should not only inform people of the correct values,right and wrong,but also understand the individual’s real psychological experience in the process of the cultivation of the subject of integrity,so as to open the channel for people’s psychological acceptance and realize the good operation of the psychological mechanism from obedience to self-discipline.Therefore,starting from the individual’s moral psychology to investigate is to achieve self-discipline,the cultivation of integrity of the main body of a breakthrough.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter takes the news cases in daily life as an example,this paper lists the phenomena of dishonesty in the current reality in the three fields of politics,economy and culture,which are mainly manifested as the loss of duty in the political field,the prioritization of profit over justice in the economic field and the academic misconduct in the cultural field,and expresses the urgency of the cultivation of honesty and morality.Secondly,discusses the traditional culture of the moral integrity of the consistent requirements,from the individual,society,the country three levels,illustrates the importance of integrity.Finally,this paper analyzes the difficulties in cultivating the moral subject of integrity under the present moral dilemma and the previous research methods,and proposes that starting from the moral psychology is the foothold of cultivating the moral subject of integrity.The second chapter lists the performance of non-excellent moral psychology of moral suspicion psychology,moral utilitarian psychology and moral apathy psychology and the harm to the subject of integrity.Integrating the theoretical resources of moral psychology,generalizes the psychological characteristics of the subject of integrity as the stability of the psychological model,the unity of internal and external fit,and the subjectivity and transcendence of self-conscious practice.According to the factor constitution theory of moral psychology,the psychological structure of honest and moral psychology is divided into honest and moral knowledge,honest and moral feeling and honest and moral behavior.The feeling of honesty and virtue is the inner power of the subject of honesty.The line of honesty and virtue is the sign of the formation of honesty subject.The psychological mechanism is the organic unity and integration of the three,so as to realize the path from obedience to self-practice.The third chapter probes into the root causes of the psychological problems of honesty and credit,one is the maladjustment of moral cognition,the other is the weakening of moral emotion,and the third is the worry of the inconsistency between morality and happiness brought by the lag of social construction and the imbalance of mentality under the gap between the rich and the poor.Chapter four analyzes the
