In the transformation of modern society in China in the 20th century,traditional opera,because of its social politics,religious rituals,national psychological and emotional construction and lany other functions and most popular,so with the late Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Enlightenment revolutionary discourse,the wartime context of the requirements of publicity and agitation,the new regime when the need for popular popularization and other realistic context mixed,showing an extraordinarily complex flow process.To the "17 Years",in order to be able to achieve in the accepted with the vast number of workers and peasants in an effective response,traditional opera from the production,dissemination to the acceptance level have received comprehensive intervention and coverage from the state discourse.In the"imaginary community",discourse producers,practitioners and receiving groups constantly fixed and jointly promoted the "integration" trend of the system of cognition and interpretation of opera reform.But it is not a monolithic,along with the change of a specific situation,it is presented as a dynamic equilibrium under the latent dialogue and tension of the pattern.Therefore?"Drama Reform movement,in "17 Years" is not limited to ontology research,but should be used as a typical text strategy to provide reference for the development of opera under the current popular cultural background.This paper mainly consists of the introduction and the text of four chapters together to form the main part.The introduction part deeply explores the reform of the opera as a discussion object in the modern sense through the definition of the research concept,the review of the research status,and the cut-off of the popularized horizon.It has gone through a single to interdisciplinary,from binary to plural.Perspectives?research trends from the”value theory,to the”generation theory." These effective foundations and ideas have determined that the study of the "retrospective movement,in "17 Years" must be re-entered into the historical scene under the similar academic background,choosing a different "popularization" path from the past studies,and further on how the movement of the drama reform goes to the public and how to achieve itself.The first chapter,"The New Change of Liyuan and the Emergence of'Popularity'-The Drama Improvement in the Early Stage of '17 Years' in the Context of Modernity"——The Drama Improvement and Mass Discourse during the Early 20th Century From the perspective of the occurrence of science to the process of brewing,developing and deepening the drama reform in the early 20th century,it is not difficult to see that on the one hand,the traditional opera is based on the construction of the lifestyle and emotional patterns of the Chinese people.It was rediscovered by intellectuals and incorporated into the category of modernity transformation.But on the other hand,as a product of a specific social culture and historical background,this reform is towards the masses and presents different aspects in different era themes.From the perspective of "popularization",the opera has experienced the displacement of the "mass" from "National Crowd","Enlightenment crowd" to "National crowd" to "Class crowd",and thus affecting the various time periods.People's specific value perception,reform direction and operation path.Up to the Yan ' an period,the old drama reform was specifically established and fixed in the revolutionary context constructed by the nation-state,and thus laid the reform paradigm and basic trend of the traditional opera for "17 Years".The second chapter," Organizational Will and Practice Crisis:The Mechanism and Operation of Traditional Opera Reform under the Perspective of Popularization——A Study Centered on People's Daily(1948—1952)As the best carrier of the practice of popularizatiol of literature and art in "17 Years",the favor of the art of opera is the result of repeated experiments and scouring of various forms of literature and art in the Yan'an period.Before and after the founding of the People's Republic of China,in the realistic context of the popularization of Marxism in the initial construction of the new regime,it formed an integrated network of comprehensive coverage and continuous deepening in the form of institutional units.This force directly intervenes in the various aspects of the creation,dissemination of popularity,performance acceptance of the various links,and dependent on the original old drama ecology of performers,recipients constitute a full of tension and dynamic balance of the developlent trajectory.The third chapter," From Peasant Model to Revolutionary Hero:The Change and Leap Fonrward of Modern Drama Reform under the Perspective of Popularization—A Study Centered on People's Daily(1964)":In the mid-1960s?the sudden drop of "two instructions" hinted at the possibility of "drama reform" accelerating to the "drama revolution." In the vigorous creation and performance of the revolutionary modern drama.a group of ideal peasant images began to occupy the stage of the opera,and in the real context,the peasants' acceptance of internalization and active feedback continued to be pure and typical.This trend continues to develop,more in line with the,modeln potential of the "revolutionary hero" began to replace the "ideal farmer,to become the protagonist,officially appeared in the revolutionary Peking Opera modern plays on the stage.The "theory of literary and Artistic Revolution" formed on the basis of this practical experience has finally promoted the sudden and sudden emergence of the discourse of the" 17 years's discourse to the Cultural Revolution.The fourth chapter,"'Popular Culture with Chinese Characteristics ':Enlightenment from the 17 Years of Drama Reform on the Development of Contemporary Opera":Since the new era.in the face of the influx of multicultural resources in the wave of globalization,the development of traditional opera has also begun to be incorporated into the prosperous commodity economy market in the context of popular culture.In order to obtain a space for further survival and development.the continuous innovation of opera art has become the meaning of the title under the,consumption revolution1 situation.However,sitting in the position of cultural heritage and the displacement of popular tools,the art of opera still needs to draw nutrients from the logical prelise,interpretation process and results of the "popularization" experience of the "17 years" drama reform movement,in order to realize the current transformation of traditional literary forms.
