Social Work Is Involved In The Research On The Construction Of Leisure Culture In Urban Communities

The report of the 19 th CPC national congress points out the significance of promoting cultural development and building harmonious communities.As an important unit of the country,community culture,as a component of the grassroots public service system,is closely related to the cultural life of the masses.Accompanied by the progress of science and technology and social development is the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life and the increase of leisure time,leisure culture plays an increasingly important role in people’s lifestyle,so the construction of community leisure culture is directly related to the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.The 19 th CPC national congress defined the position of leisure culture construction in the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,proposed the goal of the construction of leisure culture in the new era,grasped the focus of the construction of leisure culture in the new era,and put forward programmatic requirements for the construction of leisure culture in the new era.Since social work plays a special role in community cultural construction and community service,it is inevitable to think about the role of social work in community leisure culture construction and innovation.This research focuses on the leisure culture of urban communities.Taking the community of Y in Q city as an example,it mainly adopts the method of literature research,unstructured interview and participation observation to apply social work theory and professional skills in the construction of community leisure culture.To team work and social work these two basic methods in Y community as an example in this paper,the social work research has been done in the leisure culture construction,and the Y content,community,community leisure culture construction in the process of the leisure culture activities and the advantage of intervention of social work and the current social work in intervention community leisure culture in the process of innovation problems and Suggestions are put forward.Taking community Y of Q city as an example,this paper discusses the service activities of social work in the development and innovation of community leisure culture.The first chapter is the introduction,which is mainly composed of five parts.The first part is the research background;The second part is the research significance including the theoretical and practical significance;The third part is the literature review,including domestic and foreign scholars on leisure theory,leisure education and leisure economy research review;The fourth part is the research method;The fifth part is the definition of relevant concepts in the article,including the definition of leisure,the definition of leisure culture and the definition of urban community leisure culture.The second chapter is the advantage of social work in community leisure culture construction,mainly around the environment,the government and the method itself;The third chapter is the content and paradigm of social work in urban community leisure culture construction,which includes three parts.The first part is a brief introduction of the community and the basic situation of the community service station;The second part is the main content of the city leisure culture construction;The third part is the concrete paradigm of intervention.The fourth chapter is based on the community examples to show readers the social work in urban community leisure culture construction methods.Through the group work,the community work in the community concrete activity development causes the community leisure culture construction to obtain certain effect.The fifth chapter is the summary and reflection part of the whole research and the opinions on the future social work involved in the construction of urban community leisure culture.Chapter six is the conclusion of this paper.
