Social Work Supervises Research On The Construction Of Ethical Codes

The practice of professional supervision in social work is not new.But its focus often changes with the passage of time.As a value-based social work,the code of ethics is an important cornerstone of professional development.The proper planning and implementation of the code of ethics in social work supervision is an important key for social work to achieve both moral and professional development.The purpose of this study is to explore the viewpoints of social work supervisors on ethics and norms of social work supervision.The first stage is to collect and sort out the connotation of the ethical code of professional supervision for helping others and relevant supervision literature at home and abroad.The second stage is to deeply discuss the connotation of the code of ethics for social work supervision of 11 social work supervisors,and analyze the interview data with grounded theory method to form the first draft of the connotation of the code of ethics for social work.In the third stage,the first draft was formed into a questionnaire.11 interviewees were asked to fill in the questionnaire,and the opinions on the code of ethics of social work were screened and proofread.The results showed that the supervision of the social work ethics connotation should include the standard of supervisor of social work,the role of supervisor,the supervision of the supervision responsibility,the establishment of the relationship between,the power of supervisor,the supervisor rights,supervision should follow the principles,evaluation and appeal,the future direction of nine aspects have made the specification.The researchers suggest that first,schools can cultivate related supervisory ability from teaching training and concept setting;Second,the government can play a role in establishing professional supervision qualification certification regulations and creating a good professional atmosphere.Thirdly,the organization should clarify the supervision norms of the organization,establish the professional community of social work supervision and strengthen the ethical concept of social work supervision.Fourth,it puts forward the prospect of the localization of supervision ethics code from the following three aspects: formulating principles,maintaining flexibility and flexibility,and supervising.Finally,according to the research in the research tools and research objects on the shortcomings of the future research can be improved.
