In the 1960s and 1970s,there was a boom in deconstructing Shakespeare's plays in Europe.Among them,Tom stoppard and Hainer miller completed the subversive deconstruction of Hamlet and endowed it with their own characteristics and thoughts.By comparing Tom Stoppard's Rosenglantz and Gildenstein are dead and Heiner Mailer's Hamlet Machine,we can come up with many new ideas for deconstructing the classical drama Hamlet. For example, the bold deconstruction of Hamlet, the new form of parody and combination in the text, and so on.These two works inherit Hamlet from the original text, but at the same time, they are more experimental and avant-garde.Compared with Hamlet deconstructed by Lin Zhaohua and Li Liuyi in China,Rosenglantz and Gildenstein are dead and Hamlet Machine provide more inspiration and reference for the deconstruction of classical dramatic literature in China.
