| <Literati> is a zither solo composed by composer Dongqing Fang early 2010.This work is based on Chinese traditional culture,combines calligraphy art with music expression,and combines contemporary new creative ideas,techniques with Chinese traditional elements,reflecting the cultural collision between the East and the West,tradition and modern,and demonstrating the neutralization sought in Chinese cultural spirit.Beauty is regarded as the touchstone to test zither’s mastery of modern music skills.In the creation of this song,the composer Dongqing Fang finds the balance between the western composing technology and the essence of Chinese traditional culture.He also integrates his understanding of Chinese traditional culture into his works,and then transmits it to the audience with his unique musical language.This article tries to make a comprehensive analysis of the music by using the methods of literature research,investigation and interdisciplinary research,trying to deeply analyze the composer’s creative ideas and ideas in the song,and trying to extract the unique temperament,personality,will,accomplishment,emotion and aesthetic taste of Chinese literati and Mohists that the composer wants to convey.It is hoped that through the background analysis,music analysis,performance analysis and cultural connotation analysis of this work,we can have a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the literati connotation behind the music,and provide some reference and help for the future study of the composer and the scholars of this music. |
