The Effect Of College Students' Attachment Anxiety On Heterosexual Communication And The Intervention Study Of Self-acceptance | Posted on:2020-09-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:S S Han | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2435330575960989 | Subject:Applied Psychology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | College stage is an important stage for individuals to develop intimate relationships and overcome loneliness.Good heterosexual communication ability can help college students maintain a balance in psychological state.Better adaptation to college life and proper handling of heterosexual communication are also important indicators to measure college students’ social adaptability.College students’ difficulties in heterosexual communication mainly refer to the disharmony in interpersonal relationship between college students and the opposite sex,including negative self-experience and other psychological problems caused by it.This study discusses the influence of attachment anxiety and self-acceptance on the heterosexual communication distress of college students,as well as the role of self-acceptance in the influence of attachment anxiety on the heterosexual communication distress of college students.On this basis,group counseling intervention with self-acceptance as the theme is carried out to explore the influence of group counseling intervention on the heterosexual communication distress of college students.This study consists of two parts:Study 1: questionnaire survey,569 electronic questionnaires were distributed to college students,and intimate relationship experience scale,self-acceptance scale and interpersonal relationship comprehensive diagnostic scale were filled in.In this study,multivariate anova was used to explore the differences in demographic variables between attachment anxiety,self-acceptance and heterosexual communication disturbance.Process was used to explore the predictive effect of attachment anxiety and self-acceptance on heterosexual communication disturbance of college students,and Bootstrap was used to explore the mediating effect of self-acceptance between attachment anxiety and heterosexual communication disturbance.Study 2: Group counseling,on the basis of studying 1,through the literature,comprehensive theoretical formulation with self-acceptance as the theme of group counseling intervention plan,screening qualified and volunteered for the group guidance subjects of 26 people,randomly divided into two groups,experimental group received eight weeks of group psychological counseling intervention,the control group without any treatment,by comparing experimental control group before and after the test scores to examine the effectiveness of the intervention group psychological guidance.Research results:(1)the college students’ attachment anxiety,self-acceptanceand heterosexual contacts exist significant differences in sex and love,there are more boys than girls heterosexual contact,on the self evaluation factors and self-acceptance total score are college students score higher than without the love experience of college students in love,no love experience of college students heterosexual contact problems is higher than they were in love in college students;(2)attachment anxiety,self-acceptance and heterosexual communication distress were significantly correlated;(3)college students’ attachment anxiety positively predicted heterosexual communication disturbance,and attachment anxiety negatively predicted self-acceptance.Self-acceptance negatively predicted heterosexual communication disturbance of college students,and self-acceptance partially mediated the relationship between attachment anxiety and heterosexual communication disturbance;(4)self-acceptance group counseling significantly improved the self-acceptance level of college students;To a certain extent,it can reduce college students’ difficulties in heterosexual communication.Research conclusion: this study finds that the attachment anxiety of college students can directly predict the heterosexual communication distress,and can also indirectly predict the heterosexual communication distress of college students through individual self-acceptance.Group psychological counseling with the theme of self-acceptance can effectively improve the level of self-acceptance of college students and thus reduce their troubles in heterosexual interaction to a certain extent.The results of this study have some enlightening effect on the discussion of the factors affecting the heterosexual communication of college students,and also provide some help and Suggestions for the psychological counseling of college students in interpersonal communication and emotion. | Keywords/Search Tags: | college students, attachment anxiety, self-cceptance, heterosexual communication disturbance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
