Social anxiety is considered to be one of the common psychological problems among college students. It is a negative emotional experience related to interpersonal communication, and a fear of embarrassment or humiliation in social or performance situations.Usually to avoid these conditions, they are afraid that their behavioral reactions will make them ugly.resulting in an anxiety, accompanied by physiological reactions such as sweating and blushing.College students' social anxiety directly impairs the quality of their interpersonal communication, reduce the positive experience of relationships, and influencing their physical and mental health, school adaptation and socialization, etc.Previous studies have shown that cognitive behavioral therapy is a social anxiety intervention that is supported by empirical research and is widely used. But some scholars have discovered that the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy intervention is moderate.Attachment theory believes that attachment is an important factor affecting interpersonal relationships.Empirical research also proves that social anxiety is closely related to insecure attachment..tudies have shown that improving attachment can effectively alleviate social anxiety, but it has not been widely supported by empirical research. Therefore, this study aims to further validate the effectiveness of attachment interventions on social anxiety interventions by comparing the effects of attachment groups and cognitive behavioral groups on social anxiety. In this study,26 pre-test and post-test experiments were used to recruit recruitment advertisements in a university, who were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group. For the experimental group and the control group,10 times of attachment intervention and cognitive behavior intervention were performed for 120 minutes each time.Pre-test and post-test and post-tracking scores used the Interaction Anxiety Scale(IAS),Inventory of the Parental and Peer Attachment(IPPA),and Irrational Belief Scale(IBS)to compare the intervention effect of attachment group and cognitive behavior group on social anxiety. The results of the study showed that the post-test and post-tracking scores of social anxiety in cognitive behavior group(control group)weresignificantly lower than the pre-test scores, and the post-test scores of irrational beliefs and post-tracking scores were also significantly lower than the pre-test scores; The post-test and post-tracking scores of social anxiety in attachment group(experimental group)were significantly lower than the pre-test scores. Both father attachment and peer attachment post-test and post-tracking scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores. The post-test score of the mother's attachment was significantly higher than that of the pre-test score, but the difference between the post-tracking scores and the pre-test score was not significant; There was no significant difference in the amount of change between the cognitive behavior group(control group)and the attachment group(experimental group)after post-test and post-tracking scores.Conclusion:(1)Cognitive behavior group counseling can significantly improve the irrational beliefs of college students and effectively reduce their social anxiety;(2)Attachment group counseling can significantly improve the level of attachment of college students and effectively reduce their social anxiety;(3)Attachment group counseling and cognitive behavior group counseling have similar effects on alleviating social anxiety.
