As we enter the university campus after zero,a series of problems,such as the degree of major and social demand,love and study,postgraduate entrance examination and employment,are the facts that college students must face up to.College freedom and individual self-restraint influence the students' mental health and growth.Many scholars begin to pay attention to and study the mental health problems of college students.Self-confidence and subjective well-being are important contents of psychological research.In recent years,many researchers have paid close attention to this field.Self-confidence and subjective well-being are important aspects of psychological research.In recent years,many researchers have been paying attention to this field.In order to explore whether the dance has a positive influence on the self-confidence and subjective well-being of college students,this paper mainly uses the experimental method of exercise intervention,and uses the dance as an experimental intervention to verify the right dance from the perspective of self-confidence and subjective well-being.The effect of exercise on the mental health of college students,thus promoting the development of mental health of college students.The scale used in this study is the revised subjective well-being scale for the subjective happiness scale(Genral well-Being GWB)by Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Duan Jianhua(1996).Self-confidence and subjective well-being were measured in 147 ordinary college students.Among them,the experimental group and the control group were half,and the experimental group was 69.They were subjected to the appropriate dance intervention,and the control group was 75 people,and they were controlled without systematic physical exercise.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of Cha-Cha-Cha Dance on college students'self-confidence and subjective well-being.Using SPSS20.0 software,the data is processed by means of descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance,repeated measures,correlation analysis,and linear regression analysis.Research indicates:(1)Before the experiment,the average self-confidence of the experimental group and the control group.The average scores of subjective well-being of the experimental group and the control group.There was no significant difference in self-confidence and subjective well-being between the control group and homogeneity.(2)After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group produced changes in self-confidence,the experimental group showed an upward trend,and the control group showed a downward trend.(3)After the experiment,the subjective well-being of the experimental group and the control group were improved,and both the negative emotional experience and the positive emotional experience of subjective well-being were improved,but the experimental group showed an increase in the health status dimension.The trend,while the control group showed a downward trend.(4)There was an interaction between the experimental group and the control group in terms of negative emotional experience and health status.There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group.(5)Self-confidence has a significant correlation with the dimensions of subjective well-being.Self-confidence has a positive predictive effect on subjective well-being.Self-confidence has a positive influence on subjective well-being.(6)Self-confidence plays a role in mediating the subjective well-being in the exercise of the dance.Cha-Cha-Cha dance has a direct effect on self-confidence.
