| Confidence is an important factor in individual personality structure and plays an important role in individual psychological activity and psychological development.Teachers,as a more sacred profession,bring the influence of teachers,which can cultivate and influence students’ lifelong sports consciousness.As a normal major,it is more important to cultivate students’ self-confidence.In this study,female college students majoring in normal colleges and universities were studied in order to Sports dance is the research theme,to explore the influence of sports dance on improving the self-confidence of female college students in normal college,and to do a comparative experimental study on 140 female college students in normal college.Among them,70 researchers in experimental group and control group analyzed the difference of self-confidence before and after experiment.In this study,the self-confidence questionnaire of college students compiled by Dr.Che Liping(2002) was used as a measuring tool to evaluate the self-confidence of the subjects before and after general physical education teaching and physical dance teaching.Through visiting some experienced teachers of the Ministry of Public Sports to discuss and determine the "Physical Dance Course Questionnaire ".Yes The purpose of this paper is to understand the female students’ understanding of sports dance and to determine the effect of sports dance courses.Take the experimental course after the favorite dance and the overall feeling of the course to do the final summary and analysis of the course.This paper analyzes and discusses the four dimensions of overall confidence and physical confidence,social confidence and academic confidence.Through the use of SPSS22.0 software,descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,paired sample T test,correlation analysis and other methods are used to process the data.The main findings are as follows:1.experiment,the level of self-confidence of female college students in normal college was in general level and below.2.experiment,there was no significant difference in self-confidence between the experimental group and the control group,and there was homogeneity.3.experiment,there was significant difference in self-confidence between the experimental group and the control group.4.control group had higher but less significant self-confidence before and after the experimen.5.experiment,the self-confidence of the experimental group was obviously improved,and there was significant difference.6.students who took part in sports dance courses thought that sports dance had a positive effect on self-confidence,and 85.7% of the respondents expressed a preference for college sports Physical dance courses are offered in the class. |
