A Comparative Analysis Of The First Set Of Movements In The 4th Shandong University Faculty And Staff Volleyball Competition

Since 1995,when the State Council formally issued the outline of the National Fitness Plan,the National Fitness Plan(2011 / 2015)has been implemented and the development of mass sports in China has grown from scratch to prosperity.Under the background of the national strategy of national fitness for the whole people,the problem of improving the health of university staff should not be ignored,and it is urgent to strengthen the physical quality of college staff.But the dance that originated in western country-row dance,does not need the foundation,does not need the dance partner,also does not have the space restriction,is based on the life world,and blends with the real life,is very suitable for the class exercises,the work exercises,the daily fitness and the development comparison.A variety of activities such as racing.And it has many functions,such as shaping perfect form,enhancing overall coordination,soothing physical and mental pressure,enhancing cardio-pulmonary function,enriching mass sports life,enhancing team spirit,and so on.Therefore,it has developed very rapidly in our country and is loved by Chinese people.Which includes the university staff this huge group.This thesis is based on the grading Standard and rules of the National whole Health Dance Competition(revised 2013 Edition),from two aspects: the complete set of movements and the complete set of movements.This paper makes a comparative analysis of the complete sets of movements of the 13 teams in Group A in the fourth Shandong Provincial College Teachers' Row Dance Competition,using the methods of literature,comparative analysis,on-the-spot research,video analysis,expert interview,and so on.The quantitative analysis and other research methods were used to statistically analyze the differences and similarities of the elements involved in the arrangement and completion of 13 teams of middle-aged and young people in Group A,and the corresponding conclusions and suggestions were put forward accordingly in order to improve the colleges and universities in Shandong Province.In order to improve the technical level of the arrangement and completion of the dance in colleges and universities in Shandong Province,the technical level of the arrangement and completion of the arrangement of dance by the teaching staff can be improved,and the infiltration of the international movement of the row dance in the major universities in Shandong Province can be promoted.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1.There was no correlation between the results of the competition and the total numberof upper limb movements at 0.05 level(bilateral).However,the number of upper limb movements is obviously less than 40,and even the lack of some upper limb movements will affect the final performance of the competition.2.there was a significant positive correlation between the results of the competition and the utilization rate of the venue,and the total of the changed formation was at 0.05 level(both sides).Too little formation seriously affected the performance of the competition,and occasionally added the transitional formation and the movement cooperation between the athletes in the forming formation.It can improve the appreciation of the formation transformation,and the entry and exit of the complete set of movements will affect the performance of the competition if it gives people an irregular sense of interest.3.in the music selection,most of them are mainly intermediate difficult choreography,and the top team chooses to burn the three choreographs in different styles,the rhythm is the combination of medium speed and slow speed,suddenly high and low,rich in change.4.there was a significant positive correlation between the results of the competition and the number of clothing and props used at 0.05 level(bilateral).The choice of clothing color and color collocation are too dark(such as Liaocheng University team)or color collocation(such as Shandong Institute of Management team)will reduce the aesthetic feeling of the picture,in the clothing replacement mode is more obvious.There was even a mistake in changing clothes,so that the connection between the three tracks burned in series would not naturally bring down the results of the competition.5.The increase of dazzling skills does not add points,if the dazzling skills fail or does not meet the requirements of the rules of the game will be deducted.In the arrangement of the complete set of movements,most of the teams lack innovation,and the increase of innovation has a great impact on improving the performance of the competition.6.the results of the competition were significantly correlated with the total number of inaccurate upper limb movements at 0.05 level(bilateral),and there was a negative correlation.The number of errors in the complete set of movements was less than 3 times,which had little effect on the results of the competition,and the number of errors was too much.It will bring down the results of the competition.7.The non-completion of the one-way original dance of each piece of the self-selected series is not completed,which will be a point of deduction.The completion of each series of pieces of music is less than 3,and the quality impact on the completion of the complete set of actions is small.On the contrary,the more accurate the dance code is completed,the more thenumber of the number of the participating players,the higher the overall regularity of the movements of the lower limbs will be affected,and the performance of the competition will be pulled low.8.There is a significant positive correlation between the competition performance and the formation position alignment rate at 0.05 level(both sides).If the overall performance of the contestants is high,the overall effect of the complete set of movements will be improved,and only a few of the players will lower the performance of the competition.
