With the continuous development of the social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the national fitness program implemented in China has been widely spread to all walks of life.The concept of fitness and health is deeply rooted in people’s hearts.Line dance spreads rapidly in China with its own fashion,fitness,popularity,inclusiveness and entertainment.In the past ten years,various styles of dance music have been circulated throughout the land of China.The dance competitions of various groups have been carried out and held throughout the country,and the full-name fitness program and the promotion of row dance have been actively carried out.The "Dancing China-Row Dance League" finals is a full expression of the highest level of Chinese row dance competition.This article analyzes the video of the competition of the top six teams in the "Grand China-Dance Dance League" finals in 2016-2018,in order to improve the level of the dance coaches and promote the dance.Contribute to the better development in China,and provide valuable reference for the relevant dance coaches and athletes in the large group formation.The research methods used include literature data method,video analysis method,questionnaire method,expert interview method,and mathematical statistics method.For the 2016-2018 "Dancing China-Row Dance League" finals,the general colleges and universities collective regulations set the first six actions.The participating teams,a total of 18 sets of complete action video of the game to conduct research,in-depth analysis of the basic principles,influencing factors,etc.of the general assembly of large-scale action movements in China’s colleges and universities,found problems and proposed improvement measures.The study draws the following conclusions:1.The group of dances and large groups of regulations must be arranged in strict accordance with the requirements of the competition rules.The scoring rules in the national row dance competition scoring rules are rigorous,and there are strict scoring standards in terms of dance steps,artistic arrangement,style deduction,and quality of completion.The large group stipulates that the formation of the complete set of movements needs to be carried out according to the scoring requirements.2.The large group of dances stipulates that the form of the complete set of action movements should be diverse,and the flow formation can better reflect the fluency of the formation.The flow formation is moderately difficult,which not only reflects the neatness and clarity of the formation,but also allows the formation of the formation on the basis of maintaining the formation.3.The row dance major group stipulates that the selection of the complete action group formation composition should be rich,and the symmetrical formation can better reflect the consistency of the team.The symmetrical formation looks neat,square,and atmospheric,and the simple formation is easy to practice and ensures the team’s uniformity.4.The big dance group stipulates that the set movement speed of the complete set of movements should ensure the precise positioning of the formation and the ingenious combination with the rhythm on the basis of fast,instead of blindly pursuing faster speed without paying attention to the formation change.The quality,that would only be counterproductive.5.The row dance major group stipulates that the complete set of action formations should fully use the competition venue.From the perspective of the site location,the boundary line between the central area of the venue and the front area is the best area for the venue during the competition.In addition to the best use of the best areas,the other areas of the site also need to be involved,so that the formation of the formation is wider,the overall picture will be more full.6.In the arrangement of the group movements,the changes in the spatial level are more ornamental and visually impactful than the single level changes.The changes in the formation level follow the rhythm of the music,from slow to fast,from soothing to exhilarating,so that the level of the formation changes to achieve the best visual effect,but also an important role of the level of change.7.The row dance group requires that the style of the complete set of action clothing should be consistent with the style of the track.The clever use of the props is not only innovative,but also enhances consistency and visual effects.The use of props increases the fun and enjoyment of the game,making the game more interesting and exciting.
