Both"come/go"in Chinese and Korean are mobile verbs with similar basic semantics and grammaticalization. There are similarities and differences in their grammaticalization process.When"lai/qu"and"o da/ka da"are used as verbs, they mainly express spatial displacement. After entering the structure of"V1 mobile verb",they all evolve into"aspect markers"to express"action persistence"and"state persistence".The final grammaticalization of"lai/qu"becomes"discourse marker",but the grammaticalization process of"o da/ka da"ends at the stage of"stylistic marker".By sorting out and analyzing the structure and the semantic features of the mobile verbs"lai/qu"and"o da/ka da",this paper contrasts the grammaticalization development process and characteristics of the two verbs by combing their structure and the path of semantic change, and comparing the development and characteristics of the grammaticalization of the mobile verbs"lai/qu"and"o da/ka da".This paper explores the role of structural and semantic changes in the process of grammaticalization and tries to find their grammaticalization mechanism.
