A Multi-angle Study Of "somewhat" In Modern Chinese

Up to now,the study on the indeterminate quantifier"?""?"and the related words"??","??(?)","??","??(?)"in Chinese grammar has made significant achievements.However,so far,there has been little discussion about the word"??"in modern Chinese,and there has not been any special systematic research.The part of speech of"??"in authoritative dictionaries is defined as an adjective,but with the development of language,whether there are new functions,such as substitution,degree of modification and other grammatical functions,whether"??"and"??"and"??(?)"derive the usage of degree adverbs and other parts of speech is the focus of this paper.Based on the linguistic facts,this paper describes and explains the different distribution,usage and functions of"tripos"in modern Chinese,analyzes its semantic and pragmatic features,reveals its development trajectory from a diachronic perspective,and explores its evolution motivation and mechanism.Through the comparative analysis of"??"and"?X",the evolutionary commonness and personality of"?X"words are revealed.This article mainly develops the argumentation through three parts.The first part is the introduction.Introduce the object of the topic and determine the research focus.This paper summarizes the research results and current situation of predecessors and the theory and method used in this paper,and clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this research.The main part consists of five chapters::The first chapter discusses the distribution and part of speech of"??"in modern Chinese.The basic part of speech and its extended grammatical function are investigated,the problem of part of speech category is clearly defined,adjectives,pronouns with substitution function and adverbs modifying behavior"degree"are separated,and the corresponding syntactic distribution of attributive,object and adverbial is demonstrated.Chapter two discusses the semantic and pragmatic features of"??".Statistics and analysis of the semantic features of"??"and the subsequent nature of N/V/A,positive and negative evaluation of"??"expression function of the choice of restrictions.It also analyzes the function of"??"at the pragmatic level,and discusses its pragmatic value in three aspects:expressing the speaker's euphemistic description of the hearer and leaving room for maneuver.The third chapter discusses its historical source and development trend.From a diachronic perspective,the origin and evolution of"??"are studied,from the modification of"money and silver",to"tiny things","trivial things",and to"violent fireworks",from the modification of concrete things gradually abstracted,from the initial pronoun with both reference and quantity,gradually moved forward and evolved into modern Chinese adjectives.And according to its evolution trajectory,we can see the development and trend of"??"in contemporary Chinese,the emergence of a large number of use cases of degree adverbs,and the mechanism and motivation of its adverbialization are worth discussing.The fourth chapter discussed the related word compared the similarities and differences.Both"??"and"??"are"?X"structures,and they have many commonalities in terms of part of speech,function expression,evolution process,function transformation,etc.Through the analysis and comparison with the adverb"??",the rationality of separating"??"into adverbs is further explained.The fifth chapter discusses the differentiation criteria and identification methods of isomorphism.This paper differentiates and analyzes the question of whether"??"in"V/A???"serves as the object or complement,probes into the reasons for moving from the narrative-object structure to the narrative-complement structure,finds out the criteria for difference,and finds and summarizes four methods that are easy to identify and easy to operate according to these differences.The last part is the conclusion.Summarize and summarize the full text,draw conclusions,and then point out the shortcomings of this paper.
