Research On Wu Zhensheng's Opera

Wu Zhensheng(1695-1769),a native of Xixian County in Anhui Province,a dramaist during the Yongqian period,failed many times in the imperial examination.His drama 13 kinds of YuGou was based on history,and the first 12 kinds of his work was short,narrating the story of literati turning their fortunes into Thailand.Qu Pai inherits ten kinds of legends of Li Yu,the thirteenth of which is long in length.It narrates all kinds of things in heaven,man and hell,and its ideological implication is more complicated.This article first chapter combs Wu Zhensheng life and the friends circle situation,carries on the textual research to the life year inconsistencies,on the basis of the former sages to make the meticulous comb to his life.According to the two Important time nodes in Wu Zhensheng's life,the author divided the whole life into three periods,in order to discuss Wu Zhensheng's plays fully based on his trails.The second chapter analyzes the theme and ideological implication of the 13 kinds of jade hook,and probes into it.This paper discusses the complex ideological implication of its stylized narrative,and explains its creative motivation on this basis.The third chapter analyzes the relationship between Yu Gou 13 species and Li Yu's Ten Legends of Li Weng,Analysis of Wu's drama's reference to predecessors from two aspects of plot and character.After all,the author probes into the drama's artistry.
