Taoism, Law And Forms And Names: Research On The Thought Of State Administration In "Yin Wenzi"

Yinwen was an important representative of the Jixia School in the pre-Qin period.Hanshu Yiwenzhi records its title Yin wenzi.This book,Yin wenzi,has been used as a pseudo-book by scholars since the Song and Ming dynasties,but this does not affect the study of his thoughts.In general,this book Yin wenzi elaborates its theory of governing the country along with this basic context of Tao-Name-Law.In this context,Yin wenzi absorbs the idea of Tao of Lao Tzu and uses Tao as its ontology to propose the concept of shape and name.Based on the Tao,it draws on and develops the idea of doing nothing and ruling in Lao Tzu and puts forward the idea of Tao Zhi.Secondly,under the guidance of the highest ideal of Tao Zhi,the theory of Tao is specifically defined as the idea of form name in society in response to the social reality of mutual grievances between names and facts.Put forward theories such as positive name,form name mutual inspection and name match to solve the problem of name chaos at that time;Finally,starting from the idea of correct name,the idea of law use and Fa Sheng Yi Yin is put forward.The unified view of this book Yin wenzi,the first chapter discusses the theory of shape and name,the next chapter discusses the comprehensive governance of the country,the integration of Confucianism,the integration of Taoism,the simplicity of words,and the leadership of the public.It is really a rare book to study the ancient thoughts of governing the country.Therefore,this article mainly discusses the governing ideology of Yin wenzi from three aspects.The first part explains the social environment and academic environment produced by Yin wenzi and deepens the understanding of Yin wenzi's text;The second part follows the basic context of this Yin wenzi,first starting from the Tao and comparing with the Tao thought of Lao Tzu to explain the Yin wenzi point of view on Tao Zhi.It also demonstrates the foundation of Tao in the theory of Yin wenzi governing the country;On the basis of Tao Zhi,comparing Huang Laodao's shape name idea,he led to the idea of correct name and fixed points of Yin wenzi,and focused on the "name and reality" concept of Yin wenzi.Finally,on the basis of the concept of name and reality,this paper discusses the legal thoughts called Law and Fa Sheng Yi Yin in Yin wenzi;The third part,from the point of view of social development at that time and the reference of today's society,expounds the significance of Yin wenzi's thought of governing the country and deepens his understanding of the theory of governing the country.
