| The translated text is the third chapter of the American Legal Writing Textbook Point Made.In this chapter,numerous techniques on writing claims have been represented by analyzing many famous cases.And the content of this chapter is filled with large legal terminologies and negative sentences.The difficulty of translation work is the reproduction of the cultural meanings in legal terminologies and accurately translation the negative sentences in claims.Therefore,in the case analysis,the features of negative sentences and legal terminologies are analyzed.The three translation strategies,including semantic amplification,cross-reference and paraphrase terminology,have been represented to address legal terminologies and the methods of negative sentences have been explored in this part. |
