"Perseverance And Innovation—Jizizhong Puppet Theater" Creation Explanation

Puppet is from folk ritual activities in China.It’s linked to thousands of years of Chinese traditional folk culture,and a puppet of every place according to the local folk culture and the local conditions and customs of the appropriate change and adjust ment.Now,we can see a puppet of the unique local characteristics of image and puppet show.From this perspective,puppet is an important window and It help us remember history and express the culture important link,but with the development of the socie ty,puppet is gradually out of sight,the use of modern means to save this problem to be solved is our main matter.However,the image creation method has provided a strong guarantee for us to protect and inherit the puppet culture,especially for the diss emination of traditional culture,and humanistic image documentaries.Graduation work "the adhere and innovation,the puppet team in Zizhong.’’ show the puppet in Sichuan Zizhong.It choose colonel and inheritor,Hu Hai,and a young inheritor,Long shihao,as the main characters for the film,information in the story of the puppet show the artistic charm of the puppet to show the audience the quiet devotion,stick to the story behind the art treasures,with concrete,real and ordinary story,awakening peop le’s attentions for puppet in this city.In this graduation design,respectively from five parts in detail elaborated the film’s preparation,creation,the process of the filming,and edition in the film creation process.Further more,it from the perspective of communication studies to summarize the value and significance of the film.The first part,from the selected topic background,this paper expounds the puppet in the artistic value,cultural value and current situation of the development,combing the domestic and foreign relevant theories about puppets.Then,summarize the creative value of the book:The content and expression of innovation is from two aspects.The story is around the puppet show in the inheritance and the young man’s story.It doesn’t mean preaching protection of cultural heritage in the traditional sense,but the use of camera language interpretation endowment of puppet show performers are in their own way to protect and inherit the ancient culture.The second part discusses the field research and creation in the early stage of this work;The third part is the mid-term shooting process of this work,detailing the equipment use,photography technology,photography skills,scene scheduling and emergency response in the shooting process.The fourth part is the film post-production,from select material,rough cut film,video,fill material production fine cut,color,effects to the output into the entire process of theory and practice;The last part is a comprehensive summary of this work,from the perspective of communication studies on the development of the puppet show and the documentary creation of humanistic themes.
