The introduction and implementation of the "new economic policy" in 1921 was Lenin's creative development of Marx doctrine,which provided a new way of thinking for the transition to socialism after the victory of the proletarian revolution in the backward countries.In 1980s,China began to implement the policy of reform and opening to the outside world,which is also a practice and deepening of Lenin's "new economic policy".Therefore,to trace the origin of the "new economic policy" in China in 1920s,and to explore the repercussions of the "new economic policy" in the Chinese ideological circles at that time,which is of great significance for the study of the history of modern Chinese thought.In 1920s,the "new economic policy" could be introduced into China for the following reasons.First,the turn of "Russia as a teacher" prompted Chinese intellectuals to increase the study of new Russia,including the "new economic policy".Secondly,the development of the political party's newspapers and periodicals and the awakening of the consciousness of the independence of the news were in the middle of the "new economic policy".The spread of the country has laid a good foundation.In 1921,the "new economic policy" was first introduced to China by Qu Qiubai and others.Through the dissemination and propaganda of the Chinese newspapers and periodicals,the "new economic policy" was rapidly developed in China.Since then,domestic newspapers and periodicals have publicised and studied the "new economic policy".Political parties based on their respective political standpoints also interpreted the "new economic policy".During the period,there were also some debates.From 1921 to 1929,the spread of "new economic policy" in China was influenced by political factors,and each stage had its corresponding characteristics.These features generally showed the ideological imprinting of the Chinese public opinion and intellectual circles to interpret the "new economic policy".By analyzing the characteristics of different stages,we can see how the Chinese ideological circle at that time read the "new economic policy",and then combed the spread and repercussions of the"new economic policy" in China in 1920s.
