In daily life, the pursuit of maximizing the interests of people is the main driving force of action, its external behavior is the behavior of self-interest,with corruption in recent years, the impact of the mechanism of self-interest has become the focus of attention. As a psychological quality, confidence is an important factor influencing judgment and choice.Research shows that confidence has a migration effect, that is,the change of confidence that arises in one situation will affect the outcome of behavior in another context. As a kind of special confidence type, overconfidence is a common phenomenon in decision making, whether there is a transfer effect in overconfidence and whether it has influence on the behavior of self-interest.In addition, according to the theory of overconfidence, people show overconfidence in order to occupy more valuable resources,in the inner group, and other members of the competition,in the outside group, competition relations will be relieved. Therefore, the influence of overconfidence on the behavior of the self is different from the source of the Behavior object.Based on the previous study of confidence and self-interested behavior, this study did not elaborate on the above problems, this research through two experiments to explore whether overconfidence on self-interested behavior has an impact effect, the specific effect is how,in the conduct of the object of the Internal-External Group Division,Whether the influence of overconfidence on the behavior of self-interest can be significantly different because of the group attribution. The experiment was based on 69 undergraduate undergraduates, using general knowledge as a measure tool of overconfidence, and dictator game as a measuring tool of self-profit behavior. To explore the difference of different confidence judgment level, overconfidence(overconfidence group)and non overconfidence(not overconfidence)on the behavior of self-interest.The results show that overconfidence has a significant effect on the behavior of self-interest.The group of overconfidence group was tested to show a higher level of self-interest behavior than those who were not overly confident.Experiment two 66 students in one class of college students as subjects,on the basis of experimental measurement tools, the group inclination Assessment questionnaire was added as a measuring tool of group identity tendency, and the behavior object was divided into inner-outer group in dictator game of measuring self profit behavior.Adopt 2(Confidence level:overconfidence, not overconfidence)X2(Group attribution:The two factors of the inner group, the outside group, were completely randomized to design, explore the level of confidence judgment, overconfidence(overconfidence Group)and non overconfidence(non overconfidence group)on different groups(group of groups, groups of subgroups)Whether the difference in the behavior of the subjects was significant. The results show that the self interest level of the group members with the same group tendency is significantly lower than that of the group members who tend to the groups.Overconfidence Group was tested to show higher level of self-interested behavior than the members of group members, that is,the influence of overconfidence on the behavior of self interest has the outside group preference. To sum up,this study shows that overconfidence has an effect on the behavior of self interest, and the effect of overconfidence on self-benefit behavior is significantly different because of the attribution of behavior object.Overconfident people are less assertive in interpersonal interaction than those who are overconfident, and overconfident people are more self interest than members of the outside group when treating their inner group members.Based on the related research of confidence and self-interested behavior, this study provides evidence for the transfer effect of confidence.
