In early November 1935,the National Government carried out the reform of the legal currency.In the ChuanKang region,the National government forces arrived with the Red Army,and immediately implemented the consolidation of land bills.Therefore,on the eve of the reform,Chuankang was incorporated into the national government's financial system.After the reform,both provincial governments said they were willing to comply with the policy.Because of many ethnic groups in the area of Sichuan,the social and economic development is uneven in the implementation of the policy,And there are many kinds of currency and other factors in the ChuanKang area,so there is some interaction with the national government.This interaction mainly discusses how to implement the Legal tender policy in ChuanKang area according to the actual situation.In the process,the Central Committee has made some concessions,and the Chuankang region has also made some concessions.In particular,in the Tibetan region of Kang,a kind of legal coin with local characteristics was issued:Tibetan coin coupons.At the same time,the Central Bank also issued a Tibetan-printed banknote in Kangding,which deeply reflects the feelings of the central government regarding local special conditions.Although the government carried out with the local characteristics of legal tender.However,there are many nationalities and complicated social situation in Chuankang area.The circulation of the Legal tender has appeared the regional characteristic of the nationality concentrated area as the center.Chuankang region can be divided into Han region,Tibetan area and Yi area.After the introduction of the Legal tender,the circulation of the currency in the Han region was more smooth.After further promotion by the government,the currency was almost in circulation in the Han region.However,Tibetan and Yi areas are completely different.Because of the influence of social,economic,cultural and other factors,the Legal tender has been strongly resisted in Tibetan and Yi areas.Circulation is limited.Until the Legal tender is withdrawn from the stage of history can not replace the original currency.
