The study of self-reflection perspective is one of the emerging hot spots in psychological research in recent years.Although many researchers are interested in it,but so far, almost of their research focused on the positive effect on negative emotions of self-reflection of self-distanced perspective.such as anger, depression, anxiety and other negative emotions positive impact, while ignoring the self-reflection of another perspective,self-immersed perspective, its positive impact on positive emotions. At the same time, the people's emotional activities are influenced by the personality,in many personality factors associated with emotions, neuroticism and extraversion is often referred to as typical emotional style of personality traits, and there is a clearly linked between extraversion with positive emotions, and neuroticism with negative emotions.Based on the previous studies, this research use the way that combination of subjective report(explicit emotion measurement),implicit angry word stem completion test(implicit emotion measurement)and physiological recording system collecting physiological indexes(heart rate, electrodermal activity)to explore that self-reflection perspective(self-distanced,self-immersion)have impact on the anger of different personality traits individuals(high extraversion and high neuroticism); Then, compared with the first study, the second study extended negative emotions to positive emotions, and further explored the effects of two self-reflection perspectives on the happy emotion of high extraversion and high neuroticism. In this study, the high neurotic and highly extroverted subjects were screened by the Chinese version of the Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ-RSC).Then the subjects were asked to freely recall their anger experiences and happy experiences in accordance with the instruction(self-distanced,self-immersion).The results showed that the self-reflection perspective had significant effect on physiological indexes, explicit and implicit emotion, compared with self-immersed.Recalling emotional events from a self-distanced perspective could make the heart rate slow, skin electricity is reduced, the individual report less emotional experience, and implicit emotional level is lower; The main effect of personality trait types on heart rate activity, emotion subjective experience and implicit emotion level was significant, but the main effect was not significant on electrodermal activity. The interaction between the perspective of self-reflection and personality traits was not significant on all indicators.Based on two studies, the study conclusions were following:1.No matter what the self-reflection perspective was used to recall anger events, compared to the high neuroticism individuals, high extraversion individuals had lower explicit and implicit anger;and lower heart rate, while electrodermal activity was not significant.2.No matter what the self-reflection perspective was used to recall happy events, compared to the high neuroticism individuals, high extraversion individual's heart rate increased significantly, and electrodermal activity was not significant.High extraversion individuals had higher implicit happy, but had lower explicit happy.3.Recalled their emotional events from the self-distanced perspective, high neuroticism individuals and high extraversion individual's emotional experience reduced, the heart rate and electrodermal activity reduced significantly, and the opposite of self-immersed perspective.
