Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Taizhou's Traditional Culture Protection From The Perspective Of The New Development Concept

With the acceleration of the modernization process,while Taizhou City has become increasingly prosperous and modernized,it is also changing the old historical features and cultural charm.The contradiction between urban development and traditional cultural protection has become increasingly prominent.At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core presented the five new development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing for the first time.Each development concept in the new development concept contains the achievements of China's experience,China's practice,and China's theory over the years.It has strategic significance for us to resolve the contradiction between development and protection and to study the protection of traditional culture.The new concept of development is rich in connotation and is the theoretical guidance and practice guideline for the protection of traditional culture.The innovative concept guides us in grasping the law,understanding the situation,and innovating thinking in the process of cultural protection.The concept of coordination guides us in the process of urban development to guard against "constructive destruction" and to coordinate the relationship between urban development and cultural protection;green The concept emphasizes the construction of ecological civilization,advocates the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,establishes the principle of overall protection in the protection and construction of historical and cultural neighborhoods;the open concept guides us to learn from the successful experience of protecting traditional culture in other regions or countries;the sharing concept highlights the idea of justice,Citizens are required to participate in and supervise the protection of traditional culture and share the results of cultural protection.Using the new development concept to analyze the existing problems and causes of Taizhou's traditional culture protection,and then from the five perspectives of the new development perspective,it is the focus of this paper to propose an optimized path for Taizhou's future traditional cultural protection.The effectiveness of Taizhou's traditional cultural protection has been the protection of traditional culture as a hard target for urban development planning,the formation of a series of regulatory documents,the beginning of the construction of distinctive old streets,and the adoption of a diversified mechanism for protection;and there are still problems in the protection of traditional culture in Taizhou.The traditional cultural value conflicts under the GDP-only theory,the loss of traditional charm under the old repair,such as the new construction,the traditional cultural protection encounter "constructive destruction" and the physical space of intangible cultural heritage.From the five perspectives of the new development concept,the reasons for finding problems in traditional cultural protection include lack of traditional cultural innovation,unreasonable coordination of government departments'funds and regional plans,lack of awareness of historical ecological environmental integrity protection,insufficient education and public awareness,and insufficient participation of citizens..Therefore,it is necessary to take the new development concept as a guide,to ease the current protection of traditional culture in Taizhou through traditional cultural recreating,coordinating traditional cultural protection mechanisms,protecting historical and cultural ecological environment,learning from other regions' protection experience,and paying attention to the spontaneous protection behavior of non-governmental forces.Problems to promote the grand development goals of Taizhou to build a national cultural city.
