Objective Based on the color-word Stroop?picture-word Stroop and added to the mental rotation task design,to explore the color-word Stroop and picture-wordStroop relationship,to research Stroop task,the mental rotation and interhemispheric cooperation for the normalgroup.Methods The experiment using E-prime programming and a three-visual-field presentation tachistoscope.29subjects were undergraduate and graduate students from four universities,15boys and14girls, each subject completed two experiments.The experimental material produced by Photoshop,Program1: three independent variables, stimulus type (consistent andinconsistent), mental rotation (rotation, non-rotation), visual field presentation (middle vision, dominant hemisphere,non-dominant hemisphere),each block240trials, a total of four groups. Program2:picture-word Stroop experiment. Three independent variables,mental rotation (rotation, non-rotation), stimulus type (consistent, inconsistent, neutral words), visual field presentation (middle vision, left, right, dominant hemisphere,non-dominant hemisphere).Derived data From the E-prime program, collation by the EXCEL and use SPSS.17.0for statistical analysis, statisticalmethods for Repeated Measure ANOVA analysis,T test, chi-square analysis?LSD analysisResults:(1)Color-word Stroop and Picture-word Stroop effect accurate RT comparative analysis, themain effect of the Stroop color-word and picture-word Stroop are significant, the maineffect of visual field presentation is significant, the main effect of mental rotation was no significant. Tasks and stimulate type have two-way interaction, task and visual field presentation have two-way interaction. Task and stimulate type and visual field presentation have three-way interaction (2) stimulate type of color-word Stroop accurate RT has significant main effect, visual field presentation has significant main effect, mental rotation has significant main effect. Stimulus type, visual field presentation,mental rotation have three-way interaction. Stimulate type and visual field presentation and mental rotation of Color-word Strooperror rates have significant main effect, visual field presentation and mental rotation havetwo-way interactions, stimulus type and mental rotation have two-way interactions. Picture-word Stroop effect accurate RT has significant main effect, mental rotation, visual field presentation have not significant main effect, no interaction. Removal of neutral word,picture-word again repeated measures analysis, a significant main effect of mental rotation, a significant main effect of stimulus type. visual field presentation and stimulus type have two-way interaction. Four types of mental rotation angle differences are not significant.Conclusions1.Color and picture word as judgment task, different rotation angle color word recognition remains a typical Stroop effect. Stroop effect has the characteristics of control without human consciousness. Different angles of mental rotation do not affect the automatic activation process.2. The mental rotation and none rotation processing speed and accuracy of the same style.3. Stimulus consistency condition, hemisphere cooperative activity with the speed and precision of the advantage; stimulus the incongruent condition, inter-hemispheric of dominant hemisphere collaborative activities with the processing advantages, When both sides at the s ame time presenting stimuli, dominant hemisphere will first be activated, this activation from right hemisphere through the corpus callosum to pass over the matching stimuli, itproduces priming effect. It is proved that the left hemisphere specializes in language processing, the right hemisphere specializes in space object processing.
