Objective: With the changes in living habits and working methods,non-specific low back pain is getting younger and younger, and the incidence rate is increasing year by year.At present, the traditional clinical rehabilitation training, drug treatment, surgery and other treatment methods are used, and the effects are different. This study will combine the modern medical training(MTT) rehabilitation therapy technology on the basis of electroacupuncture treatment, through active rehabilitation and passive rehabilitation.Combine and explore a safe, effective and easy to promote rehabilitation treatment program for non-specific low back pain. Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,84 patients with non-specific low back pain who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the rehabilitation department of Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by 42 cases. The two groups were treated with electroacupuncture, and the experimental group was treated with medical training(MTT).Each treatment was treated for 1 month and followed up for 3 months.Pain intensity was assessed using pain visual analog scale(VAS)before treatment,at the end of 2 weeks of treatment,1 month after treatment, and 3 months after treatment, and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score was used to observe dysfunction.SF-36(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)to understand the quality of life caused by low back pain, and to do an eight-level abdominal bridge test to evaluate the improvement of low back pain, observe the VAS score,ODI of the two groups of patients Score,SF-36 score, and clinical efficacy after treatment.Results:(1)Baseline analysis:By comparing and analyzing the basic data of the age, sex, duration of disease and pre-treatment efficacy scores of the two groups of patients,it is suggested that there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, gender, duration of disease and pre-treatment efficacy scores(P>0.05),the baseline levels of gender, age, duration of disease, and pre-treatment efficacy scores were consistent between the two groups, and the two groups were comparable.(2)Clinical efficacy evaluation:After 1 month of treatment in both groups, the VAS score,ODI score, grade 8 abdominal bridge were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the efficacy indexes before and after treatment. The scores of the two groups were significantly lower than the pre-treatment scores, indicating that the electroacupuncture combined with medical training(MTT)technique is superior to the simple electroacupuncture treatment, and after the two-week treatment, the two are compared. The scores of the group, whether the difference between the groups or the differences within the group were not obvious, indicating that the shortterm effect of the two is not obvious, and the long-term effect is better,In the statistical process of SF-36,only PF dimension,RP dimension,BP The dimensions were different between the control group and the treatment group after 1 month of treatment and at the 3rd month of follow-up.On the one hand, due to insufficient data,on the other hand, due to the short follow-up time, the difference between the two groups was not significant. Conclusions:The two groups were safe and effective in improving the degree of nonspecific low back pain and activity. The clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with medical training(MTT)technique for treating non-specific low back pain for 1 month was better than that of simple electroacupuncture. It is not easy to relapse and is suitable for promotion.
