Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spleen-Kidney Yang Deficiency Breast Cancer CRF Patients With Abdominal Ointment Of Wenbu Spleen Recipe

Background:Breast cancer is one of the main threats to life and health of women.Now,incidence of breast cancer in an increasing trend,and more and more younger breast cancer.Current treatments for breast cancer are combined therapy.A long time after the treatment and during treatment,patients have symptoms of fatigue,it will affect the quality of life of patients.For the treatment of the disease,western medicine has no specific drugs.There are mainly internal and external treatments in TCM.Professor Cao Yang's preliminary research found that breast cancer patients with Yang qi deficiency more.Through clinical observation and application of the treatment principle of Wenbu Pishen,the application of self-designed traditional Chinese medicine for Fubu Gaomo can relieve the fatigue symptoms of breast cancer patients.Objective:The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety,effectiveness and scientific nature of " Wenbu Pishen" formula for Fubu Gaomo in breast cancer patients with syndrome differentiation of Pishen Yangxu.To explore the clinical value of Fubu Gaomo,and to provide a safe,effective and easy to accept traditional Chinese medicine treatment for patients with cancer-induced fatigue of breast cancer.Method:Using a prospective,open,self-controlled design method,31 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria collected from June 2019 to February 2020 were included in the study.Patients were treated with Fubu Gaomo for 2 weeks(1,3and5 treatments per week),and the changes in Piper fatigue scale score and TCM syndrome score were recorded before and after treatment,respectively.The change of the HAD scale score,the PSQI score and the Karnofsky score were also observed,and the change of the safety index was also observed.The collected data were sorted out and analyzed by SPSS22.Osoftware.Results:Clinical study of 31 cases finalizing,which left 17 patients with breast cancer,14 cases of breast cancer right,20 patients with receptor-positive,11 patients receptor negative patients,previous radiotherapy 13cases,20 cases of chemotherapy,target treatment of the 7 patients.The results suggest that patients with PFS score,TCM Qixu Syndrome Scale total scale before and after treatment showed statistically significant differences.The score of PSQI scale was statistically significant before and after treatment,The HAD scale score showed that,the score of type A HAD and the score of type D HAD no statistical significance before and after treatment.Adverse events occurred during the experiment.Conclusion:1.The self-designed "Wenbu Pishen Decoction" of Fubu Gaomo can effectively alleviate the systemic symptoms of cancer fatigue in patients with Pishen Yangxu type breast cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The self-designed"WenbuPishen Decoction" of FubuGaomocan improve the sleep quality of patients to a certain extent,and the overall effect was obvious.3.The self-designed "WenbuPishen Decoction" of FubuGaomocan not improve the anxiety and depression of patients.4.The self-designed "Wenbu Pishen Decoction" of Fubu Gaomo can improve the Pishen Yangxu breast cancer patients Karnofsky score.5.The self-designed "Wenbu Pishen Decoction" of Fubu Gaomo is safety.
