| ObjectiveInvestigate the meaning of "sick phlegm drinkers should be treated with mild medicine",and sort out its application source;discuss the specific syndromes of "treated with mild medicine";based on the chronic heart failure model rats,the effect and mechanism of "treated with mild medicine" are discussed.Method(1)Using the method of philological,making full use of dictionaries and medical books,combining with other articles and according to the language background of the Zhongjing's era,clarifying interpretation of the words of "sick phlegm drinkers should be treated with mild medicine".(2)Using the method of philological,fully collecting data and sorting out the application rheology of "should be treated with warm herbal medicine "from the Wei and Jin Dynasties to the Ming and Qing Dynasties.(3)Adopting literature research methods and fully combine theoretical knowledge to explore the law of syndrome differentiation of Linggui zhugan Decoction and Shenqi Pill,and learn the specific application of " treated with warm herbal medicine ".(4)Using experimental research methods,the abdominal aortic constriction method was used to establish a chronic heart failure rat model.In terms of Lung function,urine output,histopathology,PRA?Ang??ALD and BNP concentration,observe and compare the changes of the above indicators under the intervention of Shenqi Pill and some of its drugs,and explore the effect and mechanism of "treated with warm herbal medicine ".Result(1)“Should be treated with warm herbal medicine" is the general treatment principle of Fluid-retention disease,and it needs to pay attention to the two treatment concepts it contains:First,when the disease is in mild syndrome or remission period,"Treated with warm herbal medicine" is the treatment principle,the method of yang-warming and fluid retention-resolving method is often adopted,and the cure is the main cause.Second,when the disease is serious or the disease location is special,you need to use a sharp chaser to attack the fluid retention.(2)Throughout the evolution of the " People Who Suffered from Phlegm-Fluid Retention Should be Treated with Warm Herbal Medicine ",we can find that:before Song Dynasty,it was an old-fashioned period based on the Zhongjing's ideology;the Song Jin Yuan period was an innovative stage,different schools of thought have been formed on the understanding of fluid-retention disease;during the Ming and Qing dynasties,breakthroughs were made in the literature,and at the same time,clinically,the absorption of the views of the "fluid-retention"from the previous Ming dynasties was the period of concentration of fluid-retention therapy ideas.(3)Linggui zhugan decoction is used to treat fluid-retention diseases caused by qi deficiency.With the increasingly rich knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and the emergence of application forms such as prescription addition and subtraction,combined prescriptions,the curative effect of Linggui zhugan decoction has been exerted in new fields,and it has been widely used in diseases caused by qi deficiency,It is often used as a prescription for the treatment of mild disease or in the later stages of disease development,and as a long-term treatment for diseases.(4)Shenqi pill are used to treat beriberi,back pain,fluid-retention disease,diarrhea,and female conversion.The total pathogenesis can be summarized as kidney deficiency and dysregulation of body fluid metabolism.With the continuous development of medical experts in later generations,Shenqi Pill are gradually applied to a variety of diseases caused by kidney deficiency due to mistreatment or chronic disease.They are often used as a prescription for the mild or prolonged period of disease,and also as a long-term treatment for the disease.(5)An empirical study of "treated with warm herbal medicine".Result:?Both Shenqi Pill and Linggui group can significantly improve the heart function of CHF model rats,but Shenqi Pill is better than Linggui group;Shenqi Pill without linggui has no obvious improvement effect,indicating that Linggui group and Shenqi Pill without linggui group can improve CHF heart function,but the combined effect of the two is the best,which also proves that Linggui group is an effective component of kidney qi to improve CHF heart function.?Both Shenqi Pill and Linggui group can significantly increase the urine volume of CHF model rats,increase the concentration of Na+ and Cl-in urine,and reduce the concentration of K+,and the difference between the two is not obvious,but the effect of Shenqi Pill without Linggui is not obvious.Indicating that Linggui's diuretic effect may be an important role in improving CHF heart function.?Both Shenqi Pill group and Linggui group can significantly reduce the concentration of PRA,Ang ? and ALD in the serum of CHF rats,which may be the internal mechanism of effect of urination.Conclusion(1)"Should be treated with warm herbal medicine" is the general rule of treatment for fluid-retention disease.Among them,"treated with warm herbal medicine" is the general treatment of phlegm-drinking disease,and can even be used as a treatment principle to guide the entire development process of fluid-retention disease.(2)Shenqi Pill,as a representative prescription of "treated with warm herbal medicine ",has good therapeutic effect on CHF model rats.Among them,Linggui's effect is a key link to achieve curative effect,and its internal mechanism may be related to the suppression of the excitability of the RAAS system. |
