Efficacy Evaluation Of Xiaotongfang Ultrasonic Drug Dialysis In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients With Liver And Kidney Insufficiency

Objective:In this study,Xiaotongfang ultrasound drug was used to treat patients with Koa(Knee osteoarthritis,KOA)liver and kidney insufficiency.The effect of Xiaotongfang ultrasound on knee joint pain,stiffness,degree of daily activity and difficulty of daily activity was observed to evaluate the actual curative effect and safety,in order to have the constructive instruction to the clinical trial.Methods:A randomized controlled trial(RCT)was used to divide 60 patients with KOA who met the criteria into a treatment group and a control group according to the Randomized controlled trial.The treatment group was given water solution of Xiaotongfang,and the Control Group was given Yunnanbaiyao Aerosol.In the two groups,About 3ml liquid was sprayed on the surface of the two electrodes,and the patients were placed in supine position.The two electrodes were respectively placed on the medial and lateral part of the knee joint for 30 minutes,five times a week for four weeks.Both groups were recorded before and after treatment knee pain,stiffness,degree of daily activity,daily activity difficulty WOMAC questionnaire scores,and to monitor the safety.Results:After 4 weeks of ultrasonic drug penetration treatment,the WOMAC questionnaire scores of knee joint pain,stiffness,daily activity degree and difficulty of daily activity and the total score of WOMAC questionnaire of the two groups before and after treatment were compared in the two groups,all of which were reduced by t test(P<0.01).The results showed that both Xiaotongfang prescription and Yunnan baiyao aerosol had an effect on the symptoms of KOA patients.After treatment,WOMAC score of pain,daily activity degree,daily activity difficulty and WOMAC general evaluation of the two groups were compared between the two groups.By t test,(P<0.01),showed statistically significant difference.After treatment with rigid WOMAC score,the comparison between the two groups showed no significant statistical significance by t test,(P>0.05),indicating that Xiaotongfang ultrasonic permeation therapy was superior to Yunnan baiyao aerosol ultrasonic permeation therapy in terms of improvement of pain,degree of daily activities and difficulty of daily activities.The two groups were equally effective in improving stiffness.The total effective rate of the two groups was 90%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the difference in the overall efficacy of the two treatment methods was statistically significant and that the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Xiaotongfang ultrasound penetration in KOA patients with liver and kidney insufficiency of pain,stiffness,degree of daily activity,daily activity intensity has a very good improvement.Compared with Yunnan baiyao Aerosol ultrasonic medicine,Xiaotongfang prescription has more advantages in pain,daily activity degree and daily activity intensity improvement,and has no adverse reaction.
