Observation On The Curative Effect Of Zhengqingfengtongning Liquid Directed Drug Penetration On Patients With Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: to observe the curative effect of Zhengqin Feng Tong Ning liquid on patients with knee osteoarthritis and to provide some basis for clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods: using random number table method 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups,the treatment group(Zhengqin Feng Tong Ning liquid directed through drug treatment)30 cases and control group(Fu Ta Lin orientation through drug treatment)30 cases,two groups are in 1 week,for a period of treatment,treatment of two period of treatment.By comparison with the two groups before and after treatment curative effect observation in dex level(including the VAS pain score,the WOMAC index,disease,curative effect and security index),using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,clear its clinical curative effect.Results :(1)66 cases were included in this study,and 6 cases were lost due to various reasons in the observation process,and 60 cases were actually entered into statistical analysis.Among them,30 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group performed statistical analysis on the data before treatment,including gender,age,course of disease and imaging classification,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)VAS pain score: after comparison,the VAS scores of both groups decreased before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,score no difference is compared between two groups after treatment group(P>0.05),shows that the two groups can cause curative effect in patients with knee osteoarthritis,(3)the WOMAC index: the treatment group after treatment in pain,morning stiffness,mobility three aspects before treatment were improved(P<0.01).Comparison between groups,two groups in the morning stiffness,improve pain are no significant differences(P>0.05),in te rms of improving mobility,comparison between groups,two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05),shows that the treatment group is better than that in control group in improving mobility;(4)determination of the efficacy of the disease: the total effective rate of group A was 93.33%,the total effective rate of group B was 86.67%,and the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).(5)during the observation period,the patients’ medication was safe and the liver and kidney function was not significantly different,and no toxic side effect or adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion: using Zhengqin Feng Tong Ning orientation of traditional Chi nese medicine and medicine therapy for K0 A,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of knee joint osteoarthritis,and no obvious side effects,thus provided a certain train of thought for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
