| ObjectiveProfessor Wang Leting,as one of the founders of modern acupuncture prescriptions,has established acupuncture prescriptions in the development of contemporary acupuncture prescriptions.It is still widely used and has great research value.In this study,the medical records recorded by Professor Wang Leting from January 1960 to September 1974 were sorted out for the first time,and the complete prescriptions of Professor Wang Leting's acupuncture for treating liver pain and low back pain were analyzed separately.The first introduction of R language as a tool to analyze the entire process of data mining for acupuncture prescriptions,and to analyze the characteristics of acupuncture points used by Professor Wang Leting for clinical treatment,with the aim of analyzing the acupuncture selection rules and prescription characteristics,in order to promote the academic research of traditional Chinese medicine and the famous old Chinese medicine The inheritance and innovation of clinical experience provide new ideas.Method1.General information:134/104 acupuncture prescriptions with liver pain/lumbar and leg pain in the outpatient clinics and wards of Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 1960 to September 1974 were selected and compiled.Inclusion criteria:Patient name,age,gender,time of consultation,complete complaint of liver pain/lumbar and leg pain in the medical record,acupuncture prescription,medical record signed or stamped by Professor Wang Leting.Exclusion criteria:Medical records that did not meet the inclusion criteria.2.Establish a database:The 134/104 acupuncture prescriptions included in the acupuncture prescription were standardized and entered into Excel 2016,and a professor Wang Leting's acupoint database for treating liver pain/lumbar and leg pain was established.A third-party proofreading method is used to ensure the accuracy of the input content,including the doctor's name,acupoints,consultation time,gender,patient number,and age.3.Data mining technology and statistical methods:This research is based on Mac system,using R 3.6.1 for data cleaning,frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.This is the first time that R language has been introduced to the full process analysis of acupuncture prescription data mining to distinguish the current acupuncture prescription data mining methods that are used with a variety of data analysis software.State diagrams and heat maps,while retaining R source code to ensure repeatability and improve the efficiency of data mining analysis.In this study,the analysis of association rules was made using arules version 1.6-4.The hclusts function in the R basic package stats was used for hierarchical clustering,and the results Viz and heatmap functions were used to visualize the results.Result1.In treating liver pain,Professor Wang Leting used 51 acupoints with a total frequency of 577 times.The most frequently used points are:Hegu(73 times),Ganshu(55 times),Zusanli(52 time s),and Pishu(51 times),Qu Chi(45 times).The most frequently used meridians are:Foot Sun Bladder Meridian(132 times),followed by Hand Yangming Large Intestine(121 times)and Foot Yangming Stomach(83 times).The number of specific points was 34,accounting for 65.38%of the total number of points,and the total frequency of use was 729 times.The number and frequency of acupoints used in Jiaohui acupoint were the highest(133 times),followed by Beishu acupoint(125 times),Wujing acupoint(120 times),and acupoint(120 times).The results of association rules showed that for the treatment of liver pain,the point with the highest correlation was Ganshu=>Pishu.The clustering results show that there are four types of acupoint combinations.2.Professor Wang Leting used 95 acupoints for the treatment of low back and leg pain,with a total frequency of 598 times.The most frequently used points are:Yanglingquan(36 times),ring jump(34 times),Zusanli(30 times),Qu Pool(25 times),Venezuela(24 times).The most frequently used meridians are:Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian,Foot Sun Bladder Meridian,Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian.The number of specific points used was 62,accounting for 65.26%of the total number of meridian points,and the total frequency of use was 690 times.The number and frequency of acupoints used at Wujing Acupoint were the highest(218 times),followed by Jiaohui(139 times),Xiahe(104 times),Bahui(62 times),and Beiyu(60 times).The results of association rules show that for the treatment of low back and leg pain,the most relevant point is Shenshu=>Weizhong,Huanju=>Weizhong,Huanju=>Zusanli,Yanglingquan=>Zusanli,Quchi=>Wei Middle and Sanyinjiao=>Zusanli.The clustering results show that there are two types of acupoint combinations.Conclusion1.In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China,due to the limitations of health conditions and the lack of disease prevention conditions in the entire Beijing area at that time,the patients suffering from liver pain and low back pain were mostly concentrated in young and middle-aged people,and the age range of onset was approximately 26-45 years old.,Mainly male patients.2.This study summarizes clinically the combination of Professor Wang Leting's acupoints for the treatment of hepatic pain as follows:Hegu,Spleu,Ganshu,Zusanli,Qimen,Quchi,Zhangmen,and the core acupoint combinations are Ganshu and Spleen Yu,Zusanli and Hegu have the effect of soothing the liver and spleen,and relieve the pain.Determined that Professor Wang Leting's treatment of pain in the liver area mostly adopts the principle of regulating the five internal organs and regulating qi and blood to treat pain,which reflects his academic thought of "treating its roots and giving priority to the stomach" and the principle of selecting acupoints that adjusts the function of viscera and blood.In the research method of acupuncture prescriptions of famous and old Chinese medicine,R language was first introduced as a tool to broaden the data mining ideas applied to acupuncture prescriptions of famous and old Chinese medicine,and to organize,research,inherit and innovate the academic thoughts of the deceased famous and old Chinese medicine,And the development of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription,has very important significance and broad application prospects.3.Through this study,based on the actual medical record,it was found that Professor Wang Leting started from the bile meridian where the waist and leg pain is located in the acupuncture treatment of low back and leg pain.The combination of the classics,the classics,the classics,and the superficial classics are used.The core acupoint combinations are Weizhong,Huantiao,Zusanli,Shenshu,and Mingmen.Through acupuncture,the function of qi and blood of the whole organs(liver,spleen and kidney)can be adjusted to achieve the therapeutic effect.And on the basis of Professor Wang Leting's acupuncture prescription of"eight back pains","ten back pains" were summed up.The points were:Mingmen,Yaoyangguan,Shenshu,Dachangshu,Huantiao and Weizhong.It provides acupuncture point combination with clinical value of famous old Chinese medicine for clinical treatment of the disease.It has very important value and significance for the exploration and arrangement,research and innovation of the academic thoughts of the deceased famous Chinese medicine doctors. |
