of cancer in our country is lung cancer.There were no obvious clinical symptoms in the early stages of lung cancer,and part of it was presented in the form of lung nodules.2018 edition of lung nodule diagnosis and treatment of China expert consensus made relatively detailed classification.However,for less than 10 mm diameter of pulmonary nodules,PET or CT still lack of accurate judgment.For the appropriate treatment and treatment principle,the guide also has yet to reach a consensus.At present,imaging follow-up is the main method of western medicine to treat lung nodules,this increased the economic burden of patients,at the same time it brings some influence to patients' psychosomatic.In recent years,More and more patients with lung nodules seeking treatment from Chinese medicine.Chinese medicine has great challenges in the understanding of the disease and pathogenesis of the pulmonary nodule,as well as the diagnosis and treatment measures.Professor Jiang liangduo in the treatment of pulmonary nodules has accumulated plenty of experience,and has obtained the remarkable clinical curative effect.The author was lucky to learn from professor Jiang liangduo and benefited a lot.this paper will start from the outpatient cases of professor Jiang's treatment of pulmonary nodules analyze patients with pulmonary nodules visits for the first time the symptoms of the characteristics and professor Jiang liangduo medication rules for the treatment of pulmonary nodules.Objective:To analyze the symptom characteristics of newly diagnosed patients with pulmonary nodules by cluster analysis system,and to analyze the rules of prescription formation by TCM inheritance assistant platform software.So as to provide relevant data support for inheriting professor Jiang's experience and new ideas for the clinical workers,For lung nodules in TCM diagnosis and treatment scheme provide certain reference.Methods:a retrospective study was conducted to collect 60 medical cases of newly diagnosed patients with pulmonary nodules in professor Jiang liangduo's outpatient department,fill out the Pulmonary Nodules Symptom Collection Form,and systematically analyze the symptom characteristics of outpatient patients by cluster analysis in SPSS 23.0 software.Collected in the treatment of pulmonary nodules prescriptions 209,through a prescription for traditional chinese medicine(TCM)transmission software database,based on association rules Apriori algorithm,complex system entropy clustering,the entropy level of unsupervised clustering,and other data mining methods for data statistics analysis,get the drugs' four characters(FC),five tastes(FT)and channel distributions,frequency distribution,function classification,core drug combinations,network show association rules and the newprescription,etc.Results:1.The frequency of symptoms of pulmonary nodules is from high to low:cough,dry mouth,fatigue,chest distress and shortness of breath,bitter taste,spontaneous sweating and irritability,Most of the sputum is white sputum,it's less,sticky and difficult to cough up.More patients with insomnia,sleep shallow and easy to wake up.The expression of the tongue is mostly tongue dark red,thick moss greasy,under the tongue venation tortuous.The pulses mostly show string and thin.There are 8 types of symptoms.The first disease is mainly in the stomach,liver and spleen,which the main syndromes are liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and liver and stomach disharmony syndrome.The second type of disease is in the lung and liver,mainly result from phlegm and blood stasis resistance The third type of disease is in the heart,mainly caused by wet and heat block,The fourth kind of disease is located in the lung and stomach,which is dominated by deficiency of lung qi and incontrollable of body fluid.The fifth kind of disease is located in the liver,which is mainly caused by liver stagnation and liver heat.The sixth category is dryness and heat,which leads to the body fluid deficiency.The seventh type of disease is in the liver and lung,mainly caused by stagnated damp-heat lingering in the body and liver-blood deficiency.The eighth kind of disease is in the lung,kidney and spleen,which is caused by yang deficiency and qi deficiency.2.The top drugs in frequency statistics were:red peony root,fructus aurantii,pangolin,scutellaria baicalensis,orange fruit,fructus trichosanthis,white peony root,radix notoginseng,salviae miltiorrhiza miltiorrhiza,zhejiang fritillary bulb,White snake tongue herb,atractylodes bupleurum chinensis;Efficacy frequency from high to low ranked in the top six are:heat-clearing drugs>phlegm-eliminating cough and asthma drugs>tonic drugs>invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis drugs>regulating qi-flowing drugs>antisepsis drugs.Tropism of taste:bitter and cold medicine were the largest.The main channel distributions of drugs are
