Research On The Clinical Medication Experience Of Professor Cui Hongsheng In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Cough Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:In this study,data mining technology was used to summarize and anal yze the clinical medication experience of tutors in the treatment of heat cough,For fu rther understanding and clinical treatment of heat cough to carry out preliminary explo ration and learning.Methods:From May 2019 to December 2019,105 patients who met the diagnosi s of damp heat cough in the expert clinic of Professor Cui Hongsheng,respiratory de partment,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of traditional Chinese me dicine were collected.Results:1.General data:105 patients were included in this study and 132 prescriptions w ere collected.The age distribution of patients was from 46-69 to middle age(70.5%)>18-45 to young(18.1%)>over 69 years old(11.4%).The number of female patient s was more than that of male patients;2.Frequency analysis:there were 86 drugs in 132 prescriptions,2075 times of w hich were used.Among them,Huashi,Gancao,Yiyiren,Doukou,Houpo,Banxia,Kuxinren,Zh ebeimu,Lugen,Shegan and other drugs are used more than 60 times,the frequency of use is more than 3%,which is the commonly used medicine in the treatment of hot and humid cough by Professor Cui Hongsheng;3.Si Qi:974 cold drugs,726 hot drugs,375 ordinary drugs,36 cold drugs,31 hot drugs,19 ordinary drugs,with the frequency of cold drugs(46.94%)>Hot drugs(34.99%)>ordinary drugs(18.07%).4.Five flavors:according to the classification of drug use frequency,921 times o f sweet drugs,894 times of bitter drugs,790 times of pungent drugs,105 times of so ur drugs,54 times of salty drugs,10 times of astringent drugs and 328 times of light drugs appear.Among them,9 are sour drugs,44 are bitter drugs,36 are sweet drug s,38 are spicy drugs,6 are salty drugs,2 are astringent drugs and 5 are light drugs.5.Drug meridian entry:the drugs included in the prescription will be classified a nd counted according to the meridian tropism,and there are 12 categories:heart,liver,spleen,lung,kidney,large intestine,small intestine,bladder,gallbladder,pericardium,stomach and triple energizers.Among them,there are 31 drugs for liver,25 drugs fo r heart,34 drugs for spleen,47 drugs for lung,10 drugs for kidney,12 drugs for lar ge intestine,6 drugs for small intestine,9 drugs for bladder,2 drugs for pericardium,38 drugs for stomach,4 drugs for bile and 2 drugs for triple energizers.6.Drug urination)?interior-warming medicinal?digestant medicinal?hemostatic medicinal(stasis-resolving hemostatic medicinal)7.Cluster analysis:In this study,IBM SPSS statistics 20 was used to classify and count the efficacy of drugs Cluster analysis was carried out for the first three drugs,which were used for downbear counterflow to suppress cough and to calm panting,d ampness-draining diuretic,heat-clearing?downbear counterflow to suppress cough and t o calm panting medicinal were divided into 4 groups and dampness-draining diuretic medicinal were divided into 2 groups and heat-clearing medicinal were divided into 4 groups.8.Association analysis:when the low condition support was increased to 50.0%,the minimum rule confidence was set to 90.0%,and the maximum number of front it ems was set to 4.Based on the percentage of support,a total of 86 item sets were o btained.Nine groups of drug pairs were selected:Based on the analysis of Huashi-Ga ncao,Banxia-Hou[po,Yiyiren-Doukou-Houpo,Kuxinren-Banxia-Huashi,Huashi-Yiyiren-Ganc ao,Yiyiren-Houpo-Huashi,Huashi-Lugen-Yiyiren,Huashi-Shegan,Huashi-Zhebeimu have ob vious correlation in association rule algorithm,which constitute the main composition of the tutor's prescription for damp hot cough.Conclusions:(1)Combined with the data analysis results of drug efficacy and na ture and flavor of medicinals the common drugs used by diffuse the lung to suppress cough and to calm panting,induce diuresis to drain dampness,clear heat,resolve da mpness,nature and flavor of medicinals is mainly release,clear heat with bitter-cold,downbear counterflow to suppress cough and to calm panting,drain dampness with bl and,clear heat and dry dampness.The therapeutic principle is to clear,away heat,rem ove dampness,relieve cough and promote qi circulation.(2)According to the analysis of association analysis results,it can be seen that Huashi-Gancao,Yiyiren-Kuxinren-Ko uren,Huashi-Lugen-Yiyiren,Huashi-Shegan,Huashi-Zhebeimu are commonly used in clinic.(3)The tutor often uses Sanren Zhike Formula which is composed of Huashi,Gancao,Lugen,Kuxinren,Yiyiren,Doukou,Banxia,Houpo,Shegan,Zhebeimu,etc.as a common pre scription to treat the cough caused by the evil of dampness and heat.
