Objective:Through systematic research on Fang Youzhi's "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",it analyzes its annotation characteristics,sources of academic thought,academic thoughts,and its impact on the development of typhoid theory.Organize the epidemic situation during Fang's life and analyze the impact of social background on the formation of academic thought.Method:1.By reviewing relevant historical materials such as "Ming Shi" and local general records,and combining with the preface in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",examine his life,social background and works.2.Analyze the content of the notes in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",summarize the annotation methods used by Fang in the process of commenting on "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",and compare with the original content of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" to sort out the revised content.3.Analyze the origin of his academic thoughts by studying the preface and postscript of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and the literature cited in the annotations.4.Summarize Fang's understanding of the Six Classics through the analysis of the two articles "Illustration of the Picture" and "Discrimination or Questions on Treatise on Febrile Diseases".5.Summarize his annotation characteristics and academic thoughts through the study of annotations6.Combine with the evaluation of the later medical practitioners to analyze the influence of typhoid fever on his developmentResult1.The epidemic disasters occurred frequently in the Ming Dynasty,and Fang and his family were deeply affected by it.Therefore,he abandoned Confucianism and practiced medicine,studied "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",and wrote the book"Treatise on Febrile Diseases"2.Fang reordered the articles in order,and deleted "Typhoid Fever".Deleted the duplicate content of 398 in the 15th to 22nd chapters of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",renamed the "Pingmai Method" to "Shenmai Method",and listed the"Syndrome of Distinguishing Temperature and Wind and Miscellaneous Diseases".And rule.In addition to the comprehensive notes,it also added "Illustration","Ben Cao Banknote","Lushan Liu Fuzhen Vein Tips","Strict Three-Point Method","Jianshu" and "Treatise on Discrimination or Questions on Typhoid Disease".3.Fang used the homophone and anti-cut method to mark the pronunciation of the keywords in the article,used the word splitting method and the comparison method,and combines the meaning of the annotated text in the works of the similar period,and then interpreted the medical treatment from the word meaning.4.Fang's academic thoughts mainly come from "Inner Canon","Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases","Difficult Meridian","Benjing" and "Different Records of Famous Doctors".The book,and inherited Sun Simiao's three-gang theory,developed and perfected it,and formed the three-gang theory of wind injury,cold injury and wind injury.5.Fang proposed the theory of the Six Classics of the Six Classics,pointed out that the Six Classics became Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin,and Jueyin,and opposed setting the Six Classics in terms of days.Take the three outlines of the Taiyang diseases,systematically organize the efficacy of medicines,clarify the research of pulse science,and outline its program,taking the ups and downs as a case.6.Fang's three-level theory has been endorsed by Yu Jiayan and many other medical experts,and has been continuously developed and improved on the basis of it,forming a wrong and simple revisionist school.On the contrary,Zhang Suichen and other medical experts opposed his theory and advocated maintaining the original appearance of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",while Ke Qin and others were devoted to the research on the syndrome differentiation and treatment of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Therefore,the theory of typhoid fever began to diversify.
