| Objective:Treatise on Febrile Diseases has a definite curative effect,is well-organized,and has a wide range of clinical applications.In this paper,the relationship between "formulas-drug-syndrome"in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is theoretically discussed and data analysis is conducted.It is hoped that the exact curative effect of Jingfang can deepen the theoretical research on the compatibility of formulas and provide ideas and inspiration.Method:Using the method of literature collation and analysis,the data of the complete Chinese formulas of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is sorted out,the information of symptoms and formulas is extracted,and the formulas-syndrome relationship among them is combed and analyzed in literature,and part of the medicine-symptoms application Apriori algorithm of association rules,mining and analysis,combined with the textual analysis of the literature,to explore the "formulas-herb-syndrome" relationship of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and finally to verify and analyze the relationship of "formulas-herb-syndrome" with medical records.Result:After the standardization,a total of 112 formulas,83 herbs,and 224 symptoms were included in the analysis.Formulas:Perform formulas-related analysis on formulas with a frequency of symptoms greater than or equal to 10 times,and analyze the every formula one by one.A total of 19 formulas were included in the analysis,namely Xiaochaihu Decoction,Dachengqi Decoction,Sini Decoction,Guizhi Decoction,Wuling Powder,Mahuang Decoction,Xiaochengqi Decoction,Gardenia Soup,Baihu Plus Ginseng Decoction,Dacai Chest soup,Dangdang soup,Tiaowei Chengqi soup,Tongmai Sini soup,Zhenwu soup,Xiaoqinglong soup,Baihu soup,Guadisan,Zhuling soup,Shizao soup.Herbs:The top 15 medicines and frequencies in the book Treatise on Febrile Diseases are:69 times of licorice,39 times of Guizhi,38 times of jujube,36 times of ginger,29 times of peony,21 times of dried ginger,20 times of ginseng,19 aconite 18 times,Pinellia 18 times,skullcap 17 times,rhubarb 15 times,ephedra 14 times,Coptis 13 times,Atractylodes 10 times,Poria 10 times.Symptoms:The top 5 symptoms in the book "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" are:Xili,fever,annoyance,cold hands and feet,and vomiting.Herb-symptoms:Set a minimum support of 10%and a minimum confidence of 10%,and analyze the association rules the database of the formulas of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,we use a combination of literature research and data mining techniques to explore the association between formulas and symptoms.Conclusions as followed:For formulas-symptoms:The treatment of seizing the "syndrome" and "pathogenesis" is the main key to the flexible application and addition and subtraction of the Zhongjing formulas in different clinical diseases,which is also the key to the formulas of the Chinese medicine in this study.If there is probable evidence,there are many clinical symptoms,you must start with the "key symptoms".Herb-symptoms:Scutellaria,dried ginger,Coptis chinensis,Pinellia,ginseng,licorice,twig,jujube,ginger and other herbs can be selected when diarrhea appears.Doctors can see the benefits of coldness clinically,and can be compatible with dried ginger,ginseng,licorice and jujube.See heat gains,good effect of compatibility with Scutellaria and Coptis.The combination of fever is similar to Guizhi Decoction,and the overall pathogenesis of fever is loss of yin and yang.Taiyang fever is commonly used sweat method,Yangming fever is generally used the following method,Shaoyang fever is used and method,Shaoyin fever method is warm,Jueyin fever is mainly used in combination with cold temperature,and both expel the excessive fluiid and blood stasis.The method of relieving dampness and dissipating blood stasis should be treated clinically according to the symptoms.The herbs for treating troubles are roughly consistent with Xiaochaihu and Xiaojianzhong Decoction.For real irritability,Xiaochaihu Decoction is mostly used,and for virtual irritability,Xiaojianzhong Decoction is mostly used.The selected herbs for hand,foot,cold are basically consistent with the components of Sini Decoction,Tongmai Sini Decoction,and Tongmai Sini Pig Bile Decoction.However,Yangming Jueni is oweing to heat and needs to be cleared.The main herbs are gypsum and Zhimu.The vomiting treatment herb combination is similar to the dried turmeric scutellaria huanglian ginseng soup,but the pathogenesis of vomiting is different,and the medication should be adjusted accordingly.The results of the study show that the top five most frequently occurring herbs in the book Treatise on Febrile Diseases happen to be the herb composition of Guizhi Decoction,and the symptoms of Guizhi Decoction also appear more frequently in the symptom-herb relationship.Therefore,taking Guizhi Decoction as a representative formulas for the combined research of"Formulas-herb-syndrome",the modern famous Chinese medical records of Guizhi Decoction were collected to conduct in-depth analysis from the aspects of treatment of diseases,main symptoms,special symptoms,and basic dosage.The conclusion is that Guizhi Decoction has a wide range of diseases,not only for colds,sweating,and fever,but also for dolphins,vomiting,and eye diseases.The symptoms involve a wide range,but sweating,fever,Bad wind,body pain,and fatigue are the main symptoms;the typical pulse is floating veins,the tongue is light tongue,thin white fur;modern dosage is 10g of Guizhi,10g of white peony root,6g of licorice,9g of ginger,12 pieces of jujube,and The dosages used in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are quite different,but the dosage of jujube is the same as that of Zhongjing.Consider the combined effects of natural,social,and policy factors.This research provides reference for the in-depth understanding of the compatibility laws and medication ideas of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by referring to the "Formulas-herb-syndrome" relationship,and at the same time provides a basis for achieving accurate clinical syndrome differentiation. |
