Observation On The Curative Effect Of "communicating Heart And Kidney" Acupuncture Therapy On Senile Insomnia

Objectives:Insomnia is a common disease,and its incidence increases with age.Long-term insomnia can play a role in reducing immune function,multiple organ dysfunction,memory impairment and accelerating the aging process of the elderly.In the case of elderly insomnia,the syndrome of disharmony between the heart and kidney is common,and in previous clinical studies,the "traffic heart and kidney" treatment was used during this type of insomnia.Therefore,The research team of this subject first seeks the theoretical basis for the treatment of insomnia by "traffic heart and kidney" acupuncture through literature research,After that,the clinical trials were carried out to compare the "traffic heart and kidney"acupuncture therapy with the traditional insomnia acupuncture therapy,and to analyze the effectiveness of "traffic heart and kidney" acupuncture therapy in the treatment of insomnia through systematic evaluation means,so as to provide strategies and basis for clinical treatment.Methods:The first step,Using the method of philology,this paper combs 50 literatures about senile insomnia patients,summarizes the common syndrome types and acupuncture methods of acupuncture treatment of senile insomnia in the literature,and makes statistics on acupoints and meridian tropism,and summarizes the common TCM syndrome types of elderly insomnia patients as heart kidney disharmony type,and acupuncture high frequency acupoints and meridian tropism.The second step is to clinical elderly patients with insomnia were collected for dialectical classification(all cases were from the outpatient department of acupuncture and moxibustion department from January 2019 to December 2019).60 patients with heart kidney non delivery syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases),and the control group(30 cases)were treated with acupuncture therapy of "traffic heart and kidney" acupuncture and moxibustion The clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine were compared between the two groups before and after acupuncture treatment.The clinical effect of "traffic heart and kidney" acupuncture therapy on insomnia was determined according to the changes of each index score..Results:In the modern literature of elderly insomnia,the syndromes were mainly due to the syndrome of heart and spleen deficiency and the syndrome of disharmony between the heart and kidney.The acupuncture points were mainly composed of kidney meridian,heart meridian and as well as Jingwaiacupoints.The high-frequency acupoints are Shenmen,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Zhaohai,Taixi,Shenmai and so on.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,the obvious efficiency was 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,the obvious efficiency was 60%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)The experimental group was better than the control group,suggesting that "traffic heart and kidney" acupuncture therapy is more effective than conventional acupoint prescription in the treatment of elderly insomnia patients;? There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical significance.Conclusion:The "traffic heart and kidney" therapy is consistent with the modern literature treatment,and the clinical application is more efficient,which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients.The "traffic heart and kidney" acupuncture group and the conventional acupuncture group have better therapeutic effect on insomnia of heart kidney disjunction type,but the total effective rate and apparent efficiency of the experimental group are better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.The "traffic heart and kidney"acupuncture therapy is suitable for clinical application.
