Clinical Study On The Prevention And Treatment Of Primary Hypertension By Acupoint Application Of Chinese Medicine Based On Differentiation Of Symptoms And Signs Combined With Twelve O'clock Health Preservation

Objective1.To observe the clinical improvement effect of Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance in the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension;2.To observe the anti-hypertensive effect of acupoint application of Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance on prevention and treatment of essential hypertension;3.To observe the effect of Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance on the rhythm of blood pressure change;4.To evaluate the safety of Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance for the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension.MethodsThis study was conducted on patients with low and moderate risk of prehypertension and hypertension(grade 1 and grade 2)who visited X and physical examination in the health management center from September 1,2017 to August 31,2018.This topic to syndrome differentiation iN 60 cases of patients with high blood pressure,according to the result of syndrome differentiation should be divided into the liver-yang hyperactivity group,excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness group and Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity group and select the corresponding sticking points and attach drug acupoint sticking intervention,and auxiliary to the corresponding acupoint massage.7 days a course of treatment,and intervention after four treatment,compared before and after intervention in patients with blood pressure and the change of syndrome and so on,to evaluate the safety and the effect of Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance were applied in preserve one's health in terms of the prevention and treatment of hypertension.Results1.Curative effect of TCM syndromes:After treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes of the patients decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).According to the evaluation criteria of TCM syndrome efficacy,the total effective rate reached 93.3%.The effective rate was 94.4%for the liver-yang hyperactivity group,89.5%for the Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity group,and 95.7%for the excessive accumulation of phlegm-dampness group.2.Influence on 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure and 24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure:After treatment,the 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure and 24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure of the patients were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Referring to the blood pressure curative effect evaluation standard,the total effective rate of hypotension can be up to 76.7%.The effective rate was 83.3%in the liver-yang hyperactivity group,63.2%in the Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity group,and 82.6%in the excessive accumulation of phlegm-dampness group.3.Effect on MBPS:After treatment,the MBPS of the patients showed no significant change compared with that before treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Influence on nocturnal blood pressure drop rate:After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in nocturnal blood pressure drop rate between patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).5.Influence on blood pressure in the consulting room:After treatment,blood pressure in the consulting room decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Effect on family self-measured blood pressure:After treatment,the patients' family self-measured blood pressure decreased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety analysis:Before and after treatment,the patients' basic vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,blood lipid and blood glucose indexes showed no obvious abnormal fluctuations.A total of 7 subjects showed different degrees of allergy,of which 6 were allergic to acupoint patch and 1 was allergic to drugs.After withdrawal from the test,the allergy symptoms disappeared.Conclusion1.Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance can significantly improve the discomfort symptoms of patients with hypertension,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.2.Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance can reduce 24-hour mean systolic blood pressure,24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure,self-measured blood pressure at home and blood pressure in clinic;3.Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance has no significant effect on MBPS and nocturnal blood pressure drop rate.4.Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with twelve-hour health maintenance has a good safety in prevention and treatment of essential hypertension.
