Objective:To investigate the distribution characteristics and regularity of TCM Syndrome Types in different age groups of patients with hypertension in Dongzhimen Hospital, and to explore the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and risk factors in different age groups of patients with hypertension,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in this area.Methods:380 patients with hypertension who were treated in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the age level of patients, they were divided into three different groups:1 8-39-year-old youth group,40-59 middle-aged group,60-80-year-old group.General conditions of patients(age, gender,BMI,course of disease, salt excess, family history of hypert en-sion,diabetes history, exercise Smoking history, drinking history, complications, use of antihypertensive drugs)were statistically analyzed. The TCM syndrome types of hypertension patients were divided into four types:hyperactivity of liver fire, yin de-ficiency and yang hyperactivity, yin yang deficiency and Yin Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity. The distribution regularity of syndrome types was analyzed. The blood pressure classification, complications, ambulatory blood pressure curve and carotid atherosclerosis of the three groups were studied and analyzed To investigate the characteristics of hypertension at all ages, single factor analysis of ind ependent risk factors and logistic regression analysis were carried out for the relevant factors affecting the distribution of syndrome types,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of hypertension.Results:1.Distribution characteristics of syndrome types in three groups of patientsCompared with the young group, there was a certain difference in the distribution of syndrome types between the middle-aged group and the old group(P<0.05).Compared with the middle-aged group, there was a certain difference in the distribution of syndrome types in the old group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Blood pressure classification of three groups of patientsCompared with the young group, there was no significant difference in blood pressure classification between the middle-aged group and the old group(P>0.05).Compared with the middle-aged group, there was no significant difference in blood pressure classification between the old group and the old group(P>0.05).3.Complications of three groups of patientsThere were 15 cases in the young group,52 cases in the middle-aged group and 137 cases in the old group.Compared with the young group, the middle-aged and old patients with hypertension had significantly higher complications, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the middle-aged group, the elderly group had a higher probability of other diseases, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Influencing factors of TCM syndrome type distribution in youth groupThe independent risk factors of hypertension of hyperactivity of liver fire syndrome in young group were BMI(OR=3.92,P=0.00),smoking(OR=2.41,P=0.01),hypertension genetic history(OR=4.02,P=0.01),smoking(OR=3.24,P=0.01),drinking(OR=4.37,P=0.01),The independent risk factors of hypertension of yin yang deficiency syndrome were smoking(OR=4.12,P=0.03),drinking(OR=3.36,P=0.01),BMI(OR=3.15,P=0.03),drinking(OR = 1.01,P=0.01),hypertension genetic history(OR=3.27,P=0.02).5.Influencing factors of TCM syndrome type distribution in middle-aged groupIn the middle-aged group, the independent risk factors of hypertension with hyperac tivi-tyof liver fire syndrome are mainly course of disease(OR=2.38,P=0.02),drinking(OR=3.02,P=1.07);the independent risk factors of hypertension with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome are course of disease(OR=3.66,P=0.01),hypertension genetic history(OR=4.1 5,P=0.01);the independent risk factors of hyperten-sion with Yin Yang deficiency syndrome are mainly diabetes history(OR=4.05,P=0.02))Drinking(OR=3.17,P=0.01)and phlegm dampness syndrome(OR=3.42,P=0.01),diabetes history(OR=3.38,P=0.01),hypertension genetic history(OR=3.19,P=0.01).6.Influencing factors of TCM syndrome type distribution in the elderly groupThe independent risk factors of hypertension in the elderly group were course of disease(OR=3.42,P=0.01),genetic history of hypertension(OR=3.29,P=0.01)The independent risk factors of hypertension in Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome were mainly drinking(OR=3.46,P=0.01),hypertension genetic history(OR=3.17,P=0.02);the inde-pendent risk factors of hypertension in Yin Yang deficiency syndrome were mainly hyperten-sion genetic history(OR=3.22,P=0.01);the independent risk factors of hyperten-sion in phlegm dampness syndrome were mainly drinking(OR=3.21,P=0.01).The genetic history of hypertension(OR=3.35,P=0.01).Conclusions:1.The distribution of TCM syndrome types of hypertension in different age groups is different. In the young group, the liver fire hyperactivity syndrome was the main syndrome,in the middle-aged group, phlegm dampness syndrome was the main syndrome, and in the old group, yin and yang deficiency syndrome was the main syndrome. It has certain guiding significance for the first-line clinicians to diagnose and treat hypertension according to syndrome differentiation.2.According to the independent risk factors of young,middle-aged and old people of different age groups and different TCM syndrome types,on the basis of actively changing life style, health management and guidance of different primary prevention are given respectively,so as to effectively reduce the progress of hypertension and reduce the complications of hypertension.
