ObjectiveTo analyze the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements and the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with hypertensive renal damage, and to explore the pathogenesis of Chinese medicine for hypertension and kidney damage.Based on these, providing a basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Methods120 inpatients with a diagnosis of hypertensive renal damage were enrolled. The TCM Syndrome Element Scale for Hypertensive Renal Damage was developed in the form of a questionnaire. After the collection and analysis of the candidate elements,TCM syndrome differentiation was carried out.Observe the distribution of general information, hypertensive renal damage detection rate, syndrome, syndrome elements; The relationship between each syndrome type and syndrome was analyzed w:ith age,BMI,history of hypertension, urinary albumin,32 microglobulin and GFR..Results1.Compared with single-index test,multi-index combined examination significantly improved the detection rate of hypertensive renal damage, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The distribution of syndrome elements is Yin deficiency,Liver fire(liver yang),Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Blood stasis,Turbidity and Qi stagnation.3.Order from most to least, the syndrome distribution of all patients is Yin deficiency and impotence syndrome,Liver fire phlegm syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Other types of syndrome,Heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,Intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,Yin and yang deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and turbidity syndrome,Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and Phlegm prosperity syndrome;4.The differences in age and GFR were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in BMI,hypertension histoiy, urinary microalbumin and 32 microglobulin.P>0.05).5.The differences in age,?2 microglobulin and GFR index were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMI,hypertension history and urinary albumin index.(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Examination with multiple index can significantly improve the detection rate of hypertensive renal damage.2.The distribution of each syndrome elements is Yin deficiency,Liver fire(liver yang),Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Blood stasis,Turbidity and Qi stagnation. The distribution of the syndromes is Yin deficiency and impotence syndrome,Liver fire phlegm syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Other types of syndrome,Heart and spleen deficiency syndrome,Intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,Yin and yang deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and turbidity syndrome,Liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome and Phlegm prosperity syndrome.3.The syndrome elements and syndromes have significant differences in age and GFR,which can help guide TCM syndrome differentiation.4.The pathogenesis of Chinese medicine for hypertensive renal damage is preceded by liver fire, which in turn causes the damage of the liver and kidney, and eventually leads to yin with yang deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis. Its disease position is in the liver and kidney, causing blood stasis for a long time. The pathological factors are gas, fire, phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency. The early stage is mainly liver fire, and the mid-term is mixed with deficiency and excess, and the last is dominated by phlegm and blood stasis.
