Objective:Bronchial asthma is a common and frequent disease of respiratory system.In recent years,with the development of economy,the incidence of asthma is increasing year by year.Western medicine has obvious effect on the treatment of acute attack period of asthma,with the repeated attack of asthma,the course of the patient is prolonged,the side effect problem of western medicine is gradually prominent,and the problems in the course of diagnosis and treatment of asthma have caused a heavy burden to the patient.Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in the prevention and treatment of asthma.Based on the theory of lung and spleen,it has gradually become a new research direction to understand the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of asthma from the perspective of spleen and stomach.Symptoms of spleen and stomach in asthmatic patients(anorexia,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distention correlation between fullness,loose stools,big constipation,fatigue weakness,bitter mouth)and biochemical indicators,airway responses,with less literature reported.Therefore,based on the daily observation of teachers,this study further explores the correlation between spleen and stomach function and biochemical indexes and airway reaction in patients with bronchial asthma,and provides new ideas for future exploration.Methods:according to the rules of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medicine,according to the diagnostic criteria of bronchial asthma,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,the clinical information collection table of bronchial asthma,using a retrospective and prospective combination of research methods,medical records from the two inpatients of traditional chinese medicine in china-japan hospital,collected lung disease patients general situation,spleen and stomach function symptoms,biochemical indicators,lung function and other related indicators.The clinical data of the retrospective study were selected from 9 hospital records with definite diagnosis of bronchial asthma and complete lung function records from 2015 to August 2017.Clinical data are from inpatient medical records from September 2017 to December 2019.according to whether the symptoms of spleen and stomach were divided into exposed group and non-exposed group,spss25.0 was used for statistical analysis,and the correlation analysis of spleen and stomach functional symptom score with biochemical index and lung function was carried out by spearman correlation analysis.Result:1.By Spearman correlation analysis,spleen and stomach function were related to biochemical indexes.total score of spleen and stomach function,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distention,loose stools,big constipation,fatigue and weakness,bitter mouth and blood sugar,CHO,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between the food intake and blood glucose,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.By Spearman correlation analysis,spleen-stomach function was correlated with lung function index.There was no significant difference in food intake,nausea and vomiting,fatigue weakness,bitter mouth and lung function index(P>0.05).The total score of spleen and stomach function was positively correlated with MEF25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),abdominal distention was negatively correlated with FEV1(L),loose stools were statistically correlated with FEV1(L),FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%,PEF%,MEF75%,and MEF50%.meaning(P<0.05);the big constipation was negatively correlated with FEV1(L),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Through Spearman correlation analysis,the spleen and stomach function of bronchial asthma has correlation with biochemical index,lung function,the higher the score of symptoms of eating less anorexia,the higher the value of blood glucose,the higher the score of symptoms of spleen and stomach,the higher the score of MEF25%,the lower the score of abdominal distention,the higher the score of loose stool,the higher the score of FEV1(L),FEV1%,FEV1/FVC%,PEF%,MEF75%,MEF50%,the higher the score of big constipation,the higher the score of FEV1(L).2.From the analysis of biochemical and airway reactivity,it is concluded that the function of spleen and stomach is closely related to the pathological evolution of bronchial asthma.In the course of asthma,the body affects the metabolic function through the strength of spleen and stomach function,and then the corresponding index changes appear.
