Change Of Airway Function Before And After The Treatment Of Patients With Bronchial Asthma

Objective:To observe the change of airway function before and after the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and the correlation analysis of the airway.Methods:retrospective analysis was used,Choose in March 2013-June 2016 in shan xi medical university second hospital outpatient clinic of 53 cases of asthma patients as the research object,Selected patients in line with the diagnostic criteria of bronchial asthma,According to the situation of pulmonary function before and after the treatment of patients can be divided into three groups A,B,C.Groups A(31 cases)Before and after therapy,FEV1?80%,and FEV1/FVC?70%;Group B(10 cases)before the treatment FEV1 <80%,or FEV1 / FVC < 70%,after the treatment FEV1?80%,and FEV1/FVC?70%;Groups C(12 cases)Before and after therapy,FEV1<80%,and FEV1/FVC<70%.Treatment of Budesonide and formoterol Fumarate Powder for inhaler160/4.5 ug,Dose according to GINA dosage guidelines,Treatment for 6 months,After six months,outpatient follow-up parallel lung function.Results:1?A,B,C three groups before treatment FEV1,FEV1 /FVC,PEF,FEF50%,FEF75%,MMEF difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);A,B,C three groups each group 6 months after treatment FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,FEF50%,FEF75 %,MMEF than before group treatment has improved significantly(P < 0.05);Six months after treatment group C FEV1 / FVC,FEF50 %,FEF75 %,MMEF worse than group B(P < 0.05),FEV1,PEF compared with group B had no statistical significance(P> 0.05);Group B after treatment for 6 months FEV1,FEV1 / FVC,FEF50 %,FEF75 %,MMEF worse than group A(P < 0.05),PEF is A group of no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2?Before treatment group A,11 cases(35.5%)of small airway function is normal,20 cases(64.5%),small airway function obstacle.After treatment,15 cases(48.4%)of small airway function is normal,16 cases(51.6%)of small airway function obstacle;Group B,C group before and after treatment,small airway function are normal.3?Pearson correlation results in FEV1,FEV1 / FVC and PEF and small airway have positive correlation between the indicators,And FEV1,FEV1 / FVC is closely related to the small airway all the indexes.Conclusion:1?Inhaled ICS/LABA,to improve the pulmonary function in patients with asthma has a good effect.2? FEV1 normal can still have small airway function in patients with asthma.3? FEV1,FEV1 / FVC and small airway have positive correlation between the indicators,and a significant correlation.
