This study uses the micro data of the China Health and Pension Tracking Survey CHARLS2015 National Survey to understand the current situation of outpatient services for the elderly to explore the factors that may affect their use of outpatient services as a basis for further improving the allocation of medical resources for the elderly in China And providing empirical research reference for the improvement of the elderly medical service system, and trying to put forward relevant support policy recommendations to help the elderly make better use of medical services. This study used the sample survey of 60-year-olds as a sample survey person in the CHARLS questionnaire whether you went to a medical institution in the past month to see an outpatient clinic or received on-site medical services and the cost of the last one-month outpatient clinic to measure the utilization of outpatient services i.e.four-week attendance rate and four-week outpatient expenses as an indicator of the utilization of outpatient services This study is based on the classic Grossman Health Capital Needs Theory and Anderson Medical Services Theory Utilization Model Three research assumptions are presented Using the data from CHARLS 2015,using data from the trend characteristics enable variable and demand factor, the three perspectives of a comprehensive systematic analysis of the basic status of the elderly in the sample and the factors that may affect the elderly’s four-week visits and outpatient expenses, and to verify the study hypothesisThrough the combing and commenting of domestic and foreign literature to summarize the theoretical basis of the relevant research and determine the relevant measurement indicators and variables grouping First, using descriptive statistical methods to analyze the basic status of the elderly and compare the four-week outpatient visits of the elderly with different characteristics, using SPSS25 0 statistical software for data processing Using the card-side test and the two-category Logistic multi-factor regression model for the four-week consultation rate of the elderly and the cost of medical expenses for single-factor and multi-factor analysis. The study found that outpatient services for the elderly use the combined effect of the tendency characteristics of the ability variables and demand factors The age of the elderly, gender and educational level on the use of outpatient services in the elderly have a significant impact on the undiscovered impact of the marital status of the elderly and the impact of urban and rural areas on the four-week attendance rate of the elderly. But neither model found a significant impact on individual annual income From a demand factor The positive impact of self-assessment health on the four-week visit rate of the elderly Self-assessment health is better The lower the four-week visit rate of the elderly with chronic diseases, the higher the four-week visit rate has a significant negative impact on the four-week visit rate of the elderly The better the mental health rate the lower the four-week attendance rate of the above factors in the medical expense spending model. |
