Objective: in this study,the therapeutic effects of using fragrant tablet to repair the cell membrane of muscle cells and promote cell remodeling in rats with ultrastructural injury of skeletal muscle caused by one-time high-load centrifugal exercise were analyzed,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of skeletal muscle injury.Methods: an animal model of ultrastructure damage of skeletal muscle the movement to take off the neck method executed after rat,were determined immediately after death,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h five time point in the quadriceps muscle homogenate creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MM),beta glucuronic acid enzyme(beta GLU)content,and with the help of tem observation of quadriceps muscle cell ultrastructure.Results: one-time heavy load can cause micro damage of exercise-induced skeletal muscle after eccentric exercise,its development process is delayed,from the simple set of muscle homogenate of CK-MM and the variation in content of beta glucuronic acid enzyme,heaviest damage occurred in 24 h-48 h after motion,through the inspection system of jasmine tea and soy peptide group CK-MM content changes suggest both can inhibit muscle cell membrane structure destruction in the early damage,and making scented tea of skeletal muscle repair effect is more significant,looked from the variation in content of beta glucuronic acid enzyme,prompt the scented tea can promote the repair of skeletal muscle ultrastructure.From the observation of histomorphology,the damage of skeletal muscle ultrastructure was caused by one-time centrifugal exercise to different degrees,and the damage degree changed with the change of time.However,the damage of skeletal muscle histomorphology and ultrastructure could be alleviated by the preparation of sesame pill and soybean peptide,but the effect of the preparation of sesame pill was obviously better than that of soybean peptide.Conclusion: the changes of tk-mm and tv-glucuronase contents were correlated with the changes of tissue morphology over time,suggesting that these two indexes could be used for the evaluation of skeletal muscle injury and repair,respectively.Both the preparation of flavoring tablets and the prophylactic administration of soy active peptide could inhibit the motor skeletal muscle microinjury,but the preparation of flavoring tablets could accelerate the free radical scavenging,reduce the inflammatory response,improve the microcirculation activation of lysosomal activity,and promotetissue remodeling,which was superior to the soy peptide in preventing skeletal muscle structural damage at the initial stage and repairing at the later stage.
