Study On The Short-term Curative Effect Of Self-made Chinese Medicine Foot Massage Prescription In Sudden Deafness With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

ObjectiveTo this study by observing the therapeutic effect of self-made Chinese medicine foot massage prescription on patients with sudden deafness qi stagnation and blood stasis type,to combine Chinese medicine foot massage of sudden deafness provide reference for clinical application.MethodsThis study collected in May 2021 to January 2022 sudden deafness patients hospitalized in Guangdong province traditional Chinese medical hospital of 40 patients,randomly divided into trial and control group,each group 20 cases,control group as the foundation of combining tradition Chinese and western medicine treatment,patients in the trial group to add on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine foot massage,once a day,30 minutes,5 days for a course of treatment.Records in the two group before and after treatment in patients with the pure-tone listening threshold values average(PTA)and tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index quantity table(PSQI)were used to compare sleep quality after treatment,to evaluate the efficacy of self-made Chinese medicine foot massage prescription on sudden deafness.Results1.Age,gender,height,weight,affected ear side and disease course and other general information were compared between the two groups,and the statistical analysis showed that there was no significant statistical difference at baseline between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference in PTA between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,there was no significant difference in PTA between 2 groups(P>0.05).The PTA in trial group was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).PTA in the control group was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical significance in the efficacy of hearing in 2 groups(P>0.05).3.There was no signification difference in THI scores between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.After treatment,there was statistical difference in tinnitus efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).4.There was no statistical difference in the PSQI scores after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionThe self-made Chinese medicine foot massage prescription has a good application effect in the treatment of patients with sudden deafness,which can significantly improve the tinnitus symptom,improve the quality of life,good safety,worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
