Research On Precise Diagnosis And Treatment Of Non-specific Low Back Dysmenorrhea And Tendons

Purpose:Through the development of clinical trials for non-specific low back pain tendons accurate diagnosis and treatment,explore the original part of non-specific low back pain symptoms,and verify the reliability,accuracy and convenience of non-specific low back pain tendons accurate diagnosis and treatment.Material and method:According to the research protocol,among the non-specific patients with low back pain who were treated in the outpatient department of the Northern War Zone General Hospital from March 2019 to November 2019,including 82 patients with non-specific low back pain.All cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by a random number table divided by remainder grouping method,with 41 persons in each group.All patients underwent accurate diagnosis of the original site of non-specific low back pain,and recorded relevant data and results.The treatment group received primary site acupuncture combined with joint restoration techniques,while the control group received conventional acupuncture combined with joint restoration techniques.Both groups were treated 5 times a week for 2 weeks.All patients were evaluated for pain VAS,waist static muscle endurance,waist dynamic muscle endurance,and dysfunction before the start of the treatment,after the end of the treatment,and 4 weeks after the end of the treatment,and the efficacy evaluation was performed after the treatment and 4 weeks after the end of the treatment.And do statistical analysis.Perform blinding method on patients and data analysis processes.Results:1.According to the statistics,the patients with pain originating only from the waist accounted for 13.41% of the total number of patients.The most common primary type is the presence of primary crumple lesions at the waist and hips,accounting for 15.85% of the total number of patients.Sort according to the probability of the existence of the primary site,in order: waist,hip,back of thigh,outside and front of thigh,inside of thigh,calf and foot,neck-chest-shoulder,abdomen.2.After treatment,the pain VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P <0.01).The pain VAS scores of the treatment group after the end of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).3.After treatment,the lumbar static and dynamic muscle endurance of the two groups of patients were significantly higher than before treatment(P <0.01),and the increase in the treatment group after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment was significantly better than the control group(P <0.01).4.After treatment,the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI value)in both groups was significantly reduced(P <0.01),and the ODI in the meridian group was significantly lower than that in the lumbar group(P <0.01).5.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.49%,the difference was significant(P <0.05);the cure rate of the treatment group was 56.10%,and the control group was 26.83%,the difference was significant(P <0.01);The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P <0.01).6.At 4 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.12%,and the control group was 82.95%,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);the cure rate in the treatment group was 60.98%,the control group was 34.15%,the difference was significant(P <0.05);The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.The non-specific low-back pain meridian accurate diagnosis method can accurately locate the primary site of low back pain,and is reliable,convenient and accurate in clinical use,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.2.The use of non-specific low back pain meridian accurate diagnosis and treatment method can significantly reduce the patient's waist pain and dysfunction,significantly improve the static and dynamic muscle endurance of the waist,and significantly improve the clinicalefficacy.3.About 86.59% of patients with non-specific low back pain have all or part of the symptoms from muscle damage outside the waist.
