Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on patients with cognitive impairment after stroke, and to verify the effect and clinical application value of scalp acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation on rehabilitation treatment of cognitive impairment.Materials and Methods: The patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the inpatients of the Department of Brain Rehabilitation of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The 60 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment that were finally included in the statistics were randomized using the random number table method.Divided into experimental group(n=30 cases)and control group(n=30 cases),the patients in both groups were conducted according to the relevant guidelines such as "Chinese Acute Ischemic Stroke Diagnosis and Treatment Guide 2018","Chinese Cerebral Hemorrhage Diagnosis and Treatment Guide 2014" and other relevant guidelines For basic disease management, the experimental group used transcranial direct current stimulation(Sichuan Intelligent Electronic Industry Co.,Ltd.,model ZN8020)combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment. The control group used conventional rehabilitation treatment.Routine rehabilitation treatment includes acupuncture treatment, rehabilitation training and basic disease management. Both treatment regimens were given once a day,5 days a week, and the course of treatment was 8weeks.Before the treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment, the two groups of patients were evaluated for cognitive function, that is,the MMSE and Mo CA scales. The difference in the efficacy of cognitive function rehabilitation treatment between the two groups was compared, and SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)There were no significant differences between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of the MMSE and Mo CA scales of the test group and the control group were increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Statistical significance. After treatment, the differences between the two groups of MMSE and Mo CA were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The therapeutic effect of the test group and the control group after treatment is better than that before the treatment. The total effective rate of the test group is 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 76.67%.Conclusions:(1)Routine rehabilitation treatment is indeed effective for the treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.(2)Transcranial direct current stimulation combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment is indeed effective for cognitive impairment after stroke.(3)Transcranial direct current stimulation combined with conventional rehabilitation treatment group(test group)is better than conventional rehabilitation treatment group(control group)in treating cognitive impairment after stroke.
