Objective:In order to evaluate the clinical value of"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture combined with transcranial Direct Current electrical Stimulation(tDCS)in the treatment of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment(PSCI),the therapeutic effect of"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture combined with transcranial Direct Current electrical Stimulation(tDCS)on cognitive impairment after stroke was observed and the clinical value of"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture combined with transcranial Direct Current electrical Stimulation(tDCS)was evaluated. To expand the thinking for the clinical treatment of Post-Stroke Cognitive Impairment. Methods:Seventy patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,35 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine treatment after stroke. The control group was given routine treatment on the basis of routine treatment, once a day,30minutes each time, six consecutive days a week, one day off,a total of four courses of treatment. The experimental group was treated with tDCS on the basis of routine treatment. The tDCS anode stimulated the dorsolateral prefrontal lobe of the affected side of the brain(8cm in front of the sagittal line at the apex center, then the vertical line of the sagittal line was made at this point,6 cm in side, and the cathode was placed at the upper edge of the contralateral orbit). The stimulation intensity was 1.2 mA,once a day,30 minutes each time,6days a week, rest for 1 day.Acupuncture was the same as control group. The Chinese version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Simple Mental State Scale(MMSE),Modified Barthel Index(MBI)and Event-related Potential(ERP)P300 were used to evaluate the efficacy before and after treatment.SPSS 20.0 software tool was used to analyze the data. The measurement data will be described by means of mean(x±S)and inferred by t-test.The counting data were described by frequency and inferred byc~2test or non-parametric test. The test level was P<0.05.Result:(1)In terms of neuropsychological scale score:MMSE and MoCA scores of the experimental group or the control group were improved compared with those of the control group before treatment, and the improvement of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group, indicating that the experimental group had a better effect than the control group in improving cognitive impairment symptoms of patients. The clinical curative effect of the two groups was significantly different, indicating that the experimental group had better curative effect.(2)In the aspect of activities of daily living:MBI scores of both groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment, and the increase of the experimental group was greater, which showed that the treatment scheme of the experimental group was better than the control group in improving the activities of daily living.(3)In terms of neuroelectrophysiological indicators:the results of this study showed that the latency of P300 was shortened and the amplitude of P300 was increased in both groups after treatment, and the latency of P300 in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, while the amplitude was significantly higher, suggesting that the cognitive impairment of both groups was improved after treatment, and the effect of the experimental group was more significant. Conclusion:Compared with simple acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,"Xingnao Kaiqiao"acupuncture combined with transcranial direct current stimulation can obviously improve the cognitive function and the ability of daily living of patients with PCSI,which has certain clinical application value.
