Psychopathy is a kind of multi-dimensional personality disorder with defects in emotion, interpersonal relationship, impulse irresponsibility and antisocial behavior, which is closely related to various types of crime, high repetitive crime and juvenile crime. The study of criminal groups found that the higher the degree of mental illness of criminals, the more serious their criminal behavior, the stronger the harmfulness.Psychopathic criminals,a small number of people determine a large number of crimes in society, are the most violent and stubborn criminals. The correction of this kind of criminals is becoming more and more important, but the effect of traditional methods is limited. In recent years, more and more studies have been conducted on the use of non-invasive brain stimulation technology to regulate certain areas of the brain to affect people’s psychological physiology. This method can affect neuroactivity, endocrine, psychological cognition and other aspects, and has great practical value in the treatment of substance addiction, depression, anxiety, stroke and other symptoms. From the point of view of neurobiology, the dysfunction of central nervous system and sympathetic nerve is the physiological basis of antisocial behavior. In the use of transcranial direct current stimulation(t DCS)to regulate the prefrontal cortex of psychopathic violence prisoners, there is still a lack of research on intervention and correction, and the effectiveness of intervention with different stimulation parameters of t DCS is also a question worth exploring. In this study, psychopathic violent prisoners in a prison in Guangdong Province were selected as subjects. With resting heart rate(RHR),resting heart rate variability(HRV),emotional Go/Nogo and competitive reaction time task(CRT)results as indicators, anodal t DCS of different stimulation intensity(1m A,2m A)was applied to bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal lobe(DLPFC),for three consecutive interventions,in order to explore the intervention effect of t DCS.The differences between different stimulus parameters and the duration of repeated intervention provide more reference for the use of t DCS and the correction of criminals. The study found that:(1)three consecutive times of anodal t DCS acting on bilateral dorsolateral prefrontal lobe(DLPFC)can effectively improve the psychopathic characteristics of violent prisoners with psychopathic traits.Specifically,it significantly improves the arousal level of the criminal’s autonomic nerve, increases the resting heart rate, reduces the resting heart rate variability, and improves the ability of inhibition and control. However,it does not reduce the aggressive behavior, including active attack and passive attack.(2)the effect of anodic t DCS stimulation of 1m A and 2m A is the same, not that the greater the intensity, the better the effect.(3)repeated anodic t DCS stimulation did not last for 7 days, did not produce a good after-stimulation effect, and triggered long-term potentiation. |
