| Purpose:Comparing the method of nourishing blood and tendons with electroacupuncture to traditional acupuncture treatment of oculomotor nerve palsy,a more effective way to treat oculomotor nerve palsy clinically is sought.Material and method:The subject of this study selected 54 patients who met the criteria for oculomotor nerve palsy for clinical observation.At the same time,54 patients with oculomotor nerve palsy were Random number table method of nourishing blood and tendons combined with electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture.The control group,27 cases in each group,was compared and observed for clinical efficacy.Needle retention is 30 minutes,once a day,acupuncture 5 days a week,2 days rest,3 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Data statistics and results analysis were performed after 2 courses.Results:1.Clinical observations show that the method of nourishing blood and tendons combined with the electroacupuncture treatment group and the control group have a significant difference in diplopia,pupil size,and eyelid closure after treatment.P <0.05).2.The total effective rate was 96.29% in the treatment group and 70.37% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P = 0.019 <0.05).Conclusion:1.The method of nourishing blood and tendons combined with electroacupuncture treatment group is more effective than the conventional acupuncture treatment group.2.The method of nourishing blood and tendons combined with electroacupuncture for oculomotor nerve palsy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,and reduce the physical and psychological burden of patients3.In summary,the method of nourishing blood and tendons therapy combined with electroacupuncture is effective in the treatment of oculomotor nerve palsy,with simple operation,low cost and treatment time,no side effects,low safety and high safety.High clinical application value. |
